- Right now, I’m focusing on helping cannabis brands like West Coast Cure. Here’s what I’ve found:
- West Coast Cure has over 866 products on their site, all with different strains, flavors, and effects. It’s a goldmine for customers, but the problem is, there are so many products that people might miss out on flavors or strains they’d love just because it’s overwhelming. My chatbot comes in to solve that.
- The chatbot will walk customers through some simple questions about their preferences—like what flavors or effects they’re looking for—and instantly show them a list of products that match. Customers can then hit a "Visit" button to jump straight to Weedmaps for delivery or pickup. The whole idea is to make the experience quick, easy, and personalized—so they don’t get lost in the sea of options. And, to make things even smoother, the chatbot can match the customer’s tone and vibe—whether it’s keeping it professional or throwing in some humor and slang to match how they talk. This adds a more engaging and fun experience, which can feel more personalized for each customer. This converts website traffic into real sales, guiding customers from browsing to buying in a snap. No other cannabis company has a chatbot doing this.
- Most of the competition has some basic bots, but they’re just asking for your email or pushing newsletters. This one does way more: it answers questions about strains, flavors, effects, and even connects people to a human when they need help. Plus, it shows product pictures, and direct links to where to buy them—it’s a full shopping experience.

Honestly, I don’t see much of a problem with using Weedmaps as a third-party solution. They’re great for offering delivery and pickup—so why not work with that instead of against it? The real issue is that customers might visit the West Coast Cure website, see the hundreds of products, and get lost. They might miss out on flavors they didn’t even know existed. That’s where the chatbot shines. It helps customers discover products they’ll love, whether it's based on flavor, effects, or strain, and leads them directly to their ideal product with a picture and a link to buy.
