Photo Essay

Photojournalists bring us the news from around the world using images that move and inspire. It’s time for you to try your hand at photojournalism through a photo essay. Use photos to tell your own story of friendship, kindness, heartbreak, community, or another original idea. Just like a traditional essay, your photo essay should have a theme/topic and supporting information (images). Each of your images should have a brief caption that explains the image and how they relate to your overall story. The final project should be packaged/presented in a way that fits your topic/theme. You can use PowerPoint, Google Docs, Prezi, Word, Photoshop, or another program.
