You may only use my art if you abide by the below terms of service in full and the art was created specifically for you or depicts a specific character belonging to you. If the ownership of the character I have drawn changes, the art may only be used by the character's new owner.

I own the rights to all of my work and therefore may revoke permission to use artwork or artwork(s) at any time if I find that my terms of service have been violated.

  • Art created by me may be added to a character’s worth unless the art was a gift; gift art holds no monetary value.

  • Tracing/heavily referencing, reproducing, and using my art for commercial purposes are all strictly prohibited. Otherwise, you may use my art of your character anywhere so long as I am clearly credited with a link or hyperlink to my toyhou.se profile.

  • If I witness you using tracing/heavily referencing my art, using it commercially,  and/or using it without due credit, I will contact you to resolve the issue. If you refuse to do so within 1 week/168 hours from time of contact, you will be blocked and blacklisted (immediately prohibited from commissioning me or owning a character with art created by me).

C O M M I S S I O N S

  • I have the right to refuse any commission order for any reason.

  • I accept payment via CashApp and PayPal. I require full payment before I begin working.

  • I do not offer refunds of any kind; all transactions are final. The exception is if, for some reason (severe mental/physical health problem, technical issue, etc.), I am unable to complete your commission in due time (2 months from payment).

  • My standard turnaround time ranges from 1.5 weeks to 2 months and depends both on external obligations and the scale of your commission. You may optionally request an expedited turnaround for a percentage of your commission’s original price as follows:

  • Within 1 month of payment: Original price + 25% of price
  • Within 1 week of payment: Original price + 50% of price
  • Within 3 days of payment: Original price + 75% of price
  • Within 24 hours of payment: Original price + 100% of price

While I do my best to honor requests for expedited turnarounds, I have the right to reject your request if I believe I will be unable to complete your commission in the requested timeframe. However, I will never reject your request after payment has been received.

  • I may ask you to pay an additional 25% of your commission’s price if your character has complex patterns or accessories because drawing them will take me longer than usual. If you do not wish to pay the increased price for a complex character, you are free to send me a simpler alternative character instead.

  • When you claim a commission slot, I expect that you will follow through with the commission. If you decide that you are no longer interested in obtaining a commission from me after claiming a commission slot (and either explicitly inform me as such or do not respond to me for 48 hours/2 days), your slot will be reopened and you will be blacklisted. Please only claim a commission slot if you are certain that you are interested and currently possess the funds to pay the listed price.

  • If you wish to purchase something but do not yet have the required funds, you may request a hold; how long the hold lasts depends on how many other users are interested in the item and is up to my sole discretion. If your hold ends and you have not yet acquired the appropriate funds for purchase, your held slot will be reopened for other users to claim.

P R O C E S S

Wiggle/animated icons: I will provide a WIP (work-in-progress) for your commission’s sketch and one lined and flat-colored frame. Two WIPs in total.

  • I will make no changes to the lineart or colors of your commission after you have approved the lined and flat-colored frame WIP. If you receive either WIP and are dissatisfied with something, tell me!
  • When your commission is completed, you will receive 3 files: your wiggle icon and both frames individually. Transparent versions of one or both frames with no background are available by request at no extra charge.
  • I will not make any changes to your finished commission, nor are you or anyone else permitted to make edits to my work; this includes erasing or covering my signature.

Static/non-animated icons: I will provide a WIP (work-in-progress) for your commission’s sketch and flat color. Two WIPs in total.

  • I will make no changes to the lineart of your commission after it has been colored. If you receive your sketch WIP and are dissatisfied with something, tell me!
  • When your commission is completed, you will receive 1 file: your static icon. A transparent version with no background is available by request at no extra charge.
  • I will not make any changes to your finished commission, nor are you or anyone else permitted to make edits to my work; this includes erasing or covering my signature.

Fullbodies: I will provide a WIP (work-in-progress) for your commission’s sketch and flat color. Two WIPs in total.

  • I will make no changes to the lineart of your commission after it has been colored. If you receive your sketch WIP and are dissatisfied with something, tell me!
  • When your commission is completed, you will receive 2 files: your fullbody on a simple background and your fullbody with no background.
  • I will not make any changes to your finished commission, nor are you or anyone else permitted to make edits to my work; this includes erasing or covering my signature.

By contacting me for commission work, you are hereby agreeing to abide by the terms of service expressed above and understand that you will be blacklisted if you do not.
