Locking Hands Club FAQs
Q Is membership in LHC open to folks worldwide?
A Yes. Anyone is welcome to join wherever they reside and management will use geographic location as a main factor in the partnership process.
Q How long will it take a passive member to attain the $9000 level of income discussed in "How It Works"
A Since we will be processing 1/4 of the list of members on each Saturday, passive members will see their income double each month at each level of participation as follows....
Month 1 - Passive members will be sending $50 and receiving $100
Month 2 - Passive members will be sending $100 and receiving $200
Month 3 - Passive members will be sending $150 and receiving $300
Month 4 - Passive members will be sending $200 and receiving $400
Month 5 - Passive members will be sending $250 and receiving $500
Month 1 - Passive members will be sending $250 and receiving $500

Month 3 - Passive members will be sending $750 and receiving $1500
Month 4 - Passive members will be sending $1000 and receiving $2000
Month 5 - Passive members will be sending $1250 and receiving $2500

Month 4 - Passive members will be sending $4000 and receiving $8000
Month 5 - Passive members will be sending $5000 and receiving $10000
The examples discussed above a based on 5 positions created over a period of 5 months. This same process continues so that there is an increase of income each subsequent month. Of course, the time
it takes to achieve the $9000 income level will depend upon when the decision is made to open the
Sophomore, Junior and Senior levels. Therefore, we would advise that our passive members allow at
least 9 months to reach $9000 per month per position.
Q Can we join all 4 levels at once?
A No. Only the Freshman level will be available when we launch. We will send an update when the decision is made to open the next level.
Q Is membership in LHC limited to one member per household?
A Anyone residing in the same household may join the club. This includes spouses, significant others, adult children, roommates etc.
IMPORTANT - Regardless of the number of members who join the club using the same address, they will all be sponsored by the member who introduced the original family member. To be clear, family members using the same address cannot receive credit for sponsoring family members who reside at the same address. However, they will be credited with sponsorship of family members who reside at a different address.
Q Is there a limit to the number of positions each member can have in each level.
A There is no limit. As soon as a member is receiving 2 donations in any level, he or she is automatically re-entered. Example: Mary sends her request to join the Freshman Level and she is instructed to send a $50 donation to a fellow member. Now she is eligible to receive a donation from 2 fellow members at which point she will be receiving twice the amount she is sending. Now she is automatically re-entered into a second position in the Freshman Level. This same process repeats and applies to all 4 levels.
Q Is there a limit to the number of folks that can be sponsored by a member?
A There is no limit. However, in the interest of assisting with our goal of providing a viable “people helping people” model, the number of personally sponsored members who will be assigned to a given sponsor
will be limited to ten. It is our hope that an active member will be pleased with a monthly net income of $16200 with just one position in each of the 4 levels. Of course, since all members (active and passive) will be re-entered automatically at each level as discussed above, active members can increase their income as each additional position progresses. It is our expectation that each and every active member understands the importance of helping his or her fellow club members to derive benefit from their membership as well.
Q What is expected of each member?
A Nothing more than a firm commitment to his or her fellow members. This means that each and every member will act immediately when they are provided with the details of the fellow member to whom they will be sending their monthly donation. If a member does not receive a donation within 48 hours, he or she must attempt to communicate with the sending member to make sure that he or she has received donation instructions. If the sending member does not respond, the receiving member with whom he or she has
been partnered will notify management so that the non-responsive member can be removed from the the club database at which time management will assign a new member to the receiving member. This is the main reason we will be processing the members on only one day each week.
We respectfully ask that our active members invite only their like-minded friends and associates to join the
club. We are more concerned about quality as opposed to quantity and we expect all members to act in the
best interest of his or her fellow club members.
As the club progresses it will be crucial for each member to manage their membership efficiently since the number of donations they will be sending and receiving will continue to increase each month. This means that everyone should keep track of the date that each donation will be sent to your fellow members so that an orderly and regular schedule of donations can be maintained.
Q Are there any admin fees?
A Yes, but not until each member reaches the Junior and Senior Levels. In order to request a position at the Junior Level the member must pay a $10 fee when sending his or her request. In order to request a position at the Senior Level the member must pay a $20 fee when sending his or her request. The fees will apply to all automatic re-entry positions and they will used to compensate each member of the management team for their time and effort in administering the club activity.
Q What will determine the order of entry into LHC?
A Members will be processed one day each week. The number of members processed each week will be dependent upon the number of requests to join that are received. In order to manage the club efficiently, we will process 1/4 of the list of members each Saturday. This ensures that the entire member base is processed each month and that each member will be receiving 2 donations for each position they have at any given level.
Example: If we have 500 requests to join, 125 members will be processed that week. To be fair to everyone, the order of entering the first group of members into each level will be determined via a randomization process using the list randomizer software at this website: http://www.random.org/lists/
Each member who sends a request to join will be placed on a list which will be entered into the randomizer. The members will receive an update which will provide a list of all the members prior to the randomization process. We will then enter the list into the randomizer and another update will be sent which will provide the list of members after the randomization process. This process provides an equal chance for all members to be entered into the club at each level at the earliest possible time. The randomization process will be used only to determine the initial order of entry into the club at each level. Once that is determined we will process 1/4 of the member list each week thereby ensuring that each and every member is receiving 2 donations in any given month. Each time a member moves to the top of the list he or she will receive 2 donating members and will also be automatically re-entered at the bottom of the list to repeat the process over and over again.
IMPORTANT: The only exception to the randomizing process will be active members who have invited other members to the club. In order for an active member to be partnered with the members that he or she has invited in accordance with the ACTIVE PARTICIPATION discussion on the “How It Works” page, they must be among the first members to be entered into the club. To be clear we will use the same example (John) who has invited 25 members into the club. Let's say that out of these 25 members, 10 are listed in the group of members to be entered into the Freshman level as a result of the randomization process. At this time John will receive instructions to send his donation and he will then be receiving 5 donations from his odd numbered (1, 3, 5, 7 and 9) personal invitees. The even numbered (2, 4, 6, 8 and 10) personal invitees will be partnered with a fellow member.
Q What about the issue of sustainability?
A This is accomplished via the automatic and mandatory re-entry process which applies to all levels.
Q Will there be any additional levels added?
A This will be determined as the club evolves. Right now there are no plans for any additional levels.
Q Who will be managing the club?
A This information will be provided to the members via club updates.
Q Will participation in the LHC Monthly Donation Club be limited.
A Yes. In order to manage the club efficiently, the number of members will be limited to 1000. All requests received to join after we reach the 1000 member mark will be placed on a waiting list. Those on the waiting list may be entered in the event that a non-responsive member needs to be replaced and/or at such time as the decision is made to allow more than 1000 folks to join the club.
Q Why has management decided to implement this model?
A Because we believe that this is one of best models available when compared to the majority of programs that we are exposed to which provide very little incentive for the average folks. Our active members will be well rewarded very quickly by inviting others to join us and our passive members will see their income increase each month as discussed above.
