What are the different ticket types?

The ticket page specifies the different Zones that are available for purchase. First Row will have the best view, the view for Zones A through C decrease respectively, and zone D is at the back of the hall.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event.

Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. Once you have purchased your ticket (it is essential to hold a valid ticket before applying), please contact us for more information.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.

You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

Where is the experience taking place?

The Majestic Theatre, located at 390 Duckworth St, St. John's, NL A1C 1H8.

How do I get to the venue?

The Majestic Theatre is located in Downtown St. John’s, where New Gower Street becomes Queens Road.

Will drinks be served?

Yes, drinks are available for purchase on site.

Can I bring animals?

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

Does this venue have disability access?

The Majestic Theatre is accessible with washrooms on the ground floor. Seating will be restricted to zones A, B and the First Row. Please use the accessible door located on Queen’s Road for a direct entrance to the theatre. An usher will scan tickets at this door. Is there parking available?
There is plenty of parking in the area. There is no charge for metered parking after 6pm or on weekends, as well as parking garages close by.
