Cross Lanes Baptist Church – Cross Lanes, WV

Sanctuary remodel with full A/V upgrades including A Vaddio ProductionVIEW HD camera control system with 3 Vaddio WallVIEW CCU HD-18 High Definition Robotic Cameras. The live video feed can be fed and distributed to multiple locations including the projections system of 3 Sanyo PLCWTC500AL projectors cast onto Da-lite Cinema Contour w/pro trim high contrast surfaces. The Lighting system is controlled by an ETC Smartfade 2496 console, Lightronics AR1202 architectural dimmers, control stations and wall stations along with ETC Smartbar SB6-1 and ETC Smartbar 2x10A for dimming of stage lights which were ETC Source Four for Front lighting and ETC Source Four Parnel for down lighting. The Sound system included a Yamaha LS9-32, with Aviom Personal mixers for monitoring, Shure wireless in-ear systems, Renkus-Heinz CFX81 for choir monitors, Renkus-Heinz PNX212SUB Subwoofers (the customer already had 3 PNX series tops), EAW VRM 12 for floor wedges, and Crown CDI series amplification and Fuman power sequencing.

River Ridge Church – Hurricane, WV

Remodeling/Conversion of a former car dealership into a worship facility. The speakers chosen were JBL VRX 932LAP’s and the Mackie DLM12S subs were recessed in the front of the stage. The Church already had a Yamaha LS9-32 for FOH and most of their own microphones and peripherals. All architectural lighting control was achieved through use of Lightronics AR1202 dimming panels and Lightronics APP01’s and AC1109 push button scene wall control. We flew several lighting battens loaded with ETC Source Four Jr’s and Blizzard Puck Fab 5 RGBAW LED fixtures. We also provided LED lighting around the walls of the worship space with 10 additional Blizzard Lighting Puck Fab 5’s. Distributed Audio throughout the facility was achieved with Bose FreeSpace DS 16S satellite speakers and Bose Acoustimass Pendant style subs and speakers powered by a QSC 800TI 70v amplifier with Quam QC101 and Quam QC10 attenuators. Projection was Panasonic PTF430U projectors, Kramer VP728 video switcher and Da-Lite Da-Snap Screens.

Alpha Natural Resources – Running Right Leadership Academy – Julian, WV

New Construction of 136,000 sq. ft. state-of-the art training facility with multiple buildings sprawled out over 10 acres. There are four large lecture halls that can be combined, several combining classrooms, a large theater, an underground mine simulator, and a mobile command facility. There are over 100 Bose FreeSpace DS 100F speakers powered by Bose PM8500N networked configurable amplifiers and processed with the Ashly Protea network and fader remote. Rooms and desk/podium locations are controlled by FSR flex touch panels and are custom programmed to drop down the screens, turn on the projectors, control doc cameras, dvd players, wireless mics, switch sources, adjust volumes, etc. Countless hours of programming allow for a user experience that seamlessly integrates all of the A/V components. All systems are on a networked automatic power sequencing schedule that turns gear on when needed and off during non-use times. The presentation furniture in rooms consists of Spectrum Media Manager and Spectrum Freedom Lecturn desks, podiums, and workstations that house Altinex TNP602 recessed tabletop connection boxes that feed into local Kramer VP-731 video switchers along with Elmo P30HD visual presenters, and Tascam DV-D01U rack-mounted dvd players, Sennheiser EW 365 and Sennheiser EW 322 wireless lapel and handheld mics, Shure MX418D/S podium mics, Annsman Rackmount battery charging stations, all on APC Smart-UPS rackmounted battery backup systems. The A/V rack room has a one way mirror/window that serves as a dual purpose control room for a large auditorium when the lecture hall wall partitions are moved. Kramer 8X8 matrix switchers take care of the networked video switching for the Panasonic PT-DW8300U 9,600 lumens projectors outfitted with the Panasonic ET-D75LE10 Zoom Lens and for the smaller classrooms, Panasonic PT-EW630 5500 lumens projectors. The theater room is a custom designed Bose surround sound system utilizing Bose ControlSpace ESP-00 Engineered sound processor with surround card, 2 stacks of Bose MA12EX, a center channel, 2 Bose DS100SE for rear’s and a Bose MB24 WR Bass Module. The video system employs a Panasonic PTDW740ULS 7000 Lumens projector and Panasonic ET-DLE150 lens combo shown on a recessed 16X9 Draper Signature Series Soundweave cinema screen. The on-site system administrator can walk the facilities with and iPad and monitor and control all systems wirelessly.

Mt. Vernon Baptist Church – Hurricane, WV

New Construction Worship Facilities utilizing Community CPL42-94W for mains, Community CPL51W for subs, Electro-Voice ZX190W for stage monitors, Yamaha LS9-32 with optical expansion card, QSC RMX 2450’s and RMX 1450’s for amplification, Ace Backstage Floor Pockets, Furman power sequencing, Shure SLX series wireless mics, Telex Soundmate Active Listening System, Audio Technica AT857’s for Pulpit Mics, Countryman E6’s for Earset mics, Dalite Cosmopolitan Electrol Tensioned recessed screens, Panasonic PTF300U projectors, Sony BRC300 and RM-BR300 robotic camera package, Roland V8 video mixer, Totevision LCD560X3 rackmounted preview monitors, and Kramer VS4X4YCXL for video matrix and distribution to several TV’s throughout the facility.

Soul Harvest Church – Mason, WV

Construction of a new worship facility included utilizing some audio and lighting components that the customer already had. CAVG added 2 Peavey QW 2F to an existing pair that were powered by Peavey amps. Processing was handled by a DBX Driverack 260 and the customers Presonus Studiolive which was later upgraded to a Behringer X32. The stage lighting package was 32 Par 56 cans controlled by a Lightronics TL-4016 console. CAVG incorporated several LED fixtures that the customer already had for stage ambiance along with some new P36 LED’s. The architectural dimming was powered by a Lightronics AR602. Several additional video upgrades of cameras, switching, and distribution included remote TV’s for viewing the live feed.

Equitable Resources – Clarksburg, WV

CAVG has worked with Equitable Resources on several projects over the past several years. Recently, we upgraded a corporate training facility that had one training classroom which got a new recessed Da-Lite Advantage Deluxe recessed motorized screen with a Panasonic PTFW430U projector and Kramer VP728 switcher. The conference room received a Samsung UN65F7100 smart TV, Altinex TNP602C Tilt 'N Plug® Configurable Tabletop Interconnect Box which was recessed into a large conference table, a Kramer VP731  Presentation Scaler/Switcher, all controlled with the FSR Flex-LT200 touchscreen mounted on the wall.

1st Church of the Nazarene – South Charleston, WV

Sound, Lighting, and Video install consisting of a Yamaha LS9-32 with optical expansion cards, Crown XTI amplification, EAW VR21 speaker arrays, EAW VRS12 subs recessed into the stage apron, EAW VRM12 for stage monitors, EAW VR61 for choir and under balcony speakers, Aviom A16II personal mixers on stage, Shure wireless in-Ear systems, Shure SLX series wireless mics, 60” Flatscreens on swivel stand mounts that are used for ambiance stage cover, several TV’s through the building for remote viewing, Kramer 8X8A video matrix. The lighting rig consists of several ETC Source Four’s and Elation Design Spot 250 moving head hybrid wash spot lights. Architectural control is provided by Lightronics AR1202’s. The ceiling is covered by 18 American DJ Mega Tri-Bar’s which can change the ceiling colors for architectural wash paired with several AMDJ P38LED’s on the inside columns. CAVG also wired up low voltage control/contact closure modules to allow the blinds in the Sanctuary to be controlled by the lighting software or wall stations.

Cabell Midland High School Football Field – Ona, WV

CAVG has made several upgrades to the field system over the years. It now boasts several Community R2-52Z full range long throw loudspeakers and a few Community R.25-94Z utilized for fills. The system is now powered by Bose PM8500N multichannel configurable amplification. A DBX Driverack 260 handles the time delay and the wireless microphones are Shure with an antenna distribution system which covers an impressive range for cross-country track and multiple site events. The system is on a large battery backup for clean power and protection.

South Point First Nazarene Church – South Point, Ohio

Sound, Lighting, and Video of a renovated structure which included a Yamaha MG32/14fx console, Community Veris 1296 top cabs, Community Veris212S subs, EV ZX1-90 for stage monitors, Crown XLS series amplifiers, DBX Driverack PA for processing and DBX 266XS for compression along with Shure PGX series microphones. The video system has Panasonic PTFW300U for projectors and Da-Lite Perm-Wall screens. All architectural and house lighting is controlled with the Lightronics AR1202 dimming panel. CAVG hung a batten for stage lights, which were American DJ Par 56 fixtures with various color gels.

Fellowship Baptist – Barboursville, WV

Several sound, lighting, and video upgrades over the past several years. CAVG has made upgrades for the video distribution system and projection for the Sanctuary. The most recent upgrades included architectural lighting control and new stage wash in which CAVG used 17 American DJ Flat Par Tri 7X. The most recent sound upgrades include the installation of a Behringer X32 digital console.

Cabell County Board of Education – Huntington, WV

CAVG upgraded the surveillance cameras and system to include over 16000 linear feet of wiring and 32 new cameras in addition to what was already there. This was a fairly complex job due to the building being a city block long and 3 stories tall. Running the cable was a unique challenge that our guys did a great job with. There are a series of tabletop and wall mounted screens for monitoring and control. 4 new DVR’s handle recording and playback.

New Life Church – Huntington, WV

New Life Church has been a long-standing customer of CAVG. We have partnered on many A/V upgrades over the years to include new computer controlled lighting by ENTEC, installation of Elation Design Spot 250 pro moving head fixtures, Apollo Color Scrollers on their ETC source four stage lights, LED uplighting. CAVG completed a remodel of the childrens are to include tv’s, led effects lighting, LED stage wash and new audio components. Most recently, CAVG upgraded the video production studio and cameras to include use of the Blackmagic Design SWATEM1ME production switcher, and Blackmagic Design ATEM 1 M/E Broadcast Panel. The old studio components were taken out and the new space was cleaned up and trimmed down to a large screen tv on the wall for multi-view preview and live switching. 2 Harddisk recorders now serve as archival and production. The cameras were Panasonic AG-AC160 outfitted with Varizoom ROCK-DVX-ZFI VariZoom Rocker-Style controls and Clear Com MS702 with Clear-Com CC260 headsets and Clear-Com RS-601 beltpacks.
