System Status and Emergency Procedures

For Voyager, the OPAC, EzProxy, CORAL,

and other FLO systems

All other systems are online.

For non-emergency issues:

Submit a helpdesk ticket or email helpdesk@flo.freshdesk.com.

For emergency or system-down issues:

If you are unable to access the OPAC, a Voyager client, or another FLO system or website:

  1. Confirm that you have internet access (if you do not, please contact your institution's IT department).
  2. Try using other computers to ensure the problem is not isolated to your computer.
  3. If you are still having trouble:

During regular FLO office hours (Monday-Friday, 9 am - 5 pm)

Contact the FLO Office immediately at 617-442-2384.

When the FLO office is closed

Send email to emergency@flo.org.  Please keep the email short, briefly explain the problem, and provide a contact phone number.

If FLO is currently working on an issue, office staff will update this page with relevant information.
