If you are unable to access the OPAC, a Voyager client, or another FLO system or website:
During regular FLO office hours (Monday-Friday, 9 am - 5 pm)
Contact the FLO Office immediately at 617-442-2384.
When the FLO office is closed
Send email to email@example.com. Please keep the email short, briefly explain the problem, and provide a contact phone number.
If FLO is currently working on an issue, office staff will update this page with relevant information.
