Wellness Qigong Program (養生氣功) WLE4 

Program Information

  1. Location: Angus Glen Community Centre (AGCC) in Multiple Purpose Room AR1 on upper level:
  2. Time: Every Thursday morning from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm noon (Sept.-June)
  3. Start Date : Sep 25, 2025
  4. It is a registered program.
  5. Registration :  Google Form Registration (Wait List)

The Program consists of 3 parts:

  1. Tai Chi Qigong 18 moves (太極氣功十八式) which is a warm-up exercise and is highly recommended prior to practicing Tai Chi Chuan.  All practitioners will follow a video or audio track.
  2. Badjuanjin (八段錦) and is more elaborate because it has a beginning set, a preparation set, the main 8 moves and a concluding set.  The focus is not just to do exercise but to stimulate meridian points.  Hence it enriches total well-being.
  3. Qigong (氣功)
