Let us help you with your transformation efforts. To get more information on the intensive Digital Leadership & Learning offering from ICLE click HERE. You can also download the latest brochure, read case studies on our work (click HERE) and view information on our Digital Practice Assessment (DPA) process. Learn more about our Digital Practice Assessment (DPA) below:

  • Digital Practice Assessment (rubrics) - The Digital Practice Assessment creates the context for our work with each school/district, providing authentic baseline data to support our personalized approach. It begins by examining the strategies in place to support student learning in the areas of rigor, relevance and engagement, then moves to understand the preparedness of each school to successfully implement technology across the areas aligned to the 7 Pillars of Digital Leadership.
  • Through the use of school and classroom observation rubrics, on site data is collected.
  • The assessment data is then analyzed leading to a summary report that describes the current state of the school.
  • From this data, a recommended implementation plan will be shared with school and district leadership.
  • Through a partnership process, ICLE will create an implementation plan for each school that will be finalized during the Strategic Planning process.
  • Collection and analysis of evidence
  • Strategic planning (personalized, tailored)
  • Courses for teachers and administrators
  • Job-embedded coaching
  • Aligned to the Future Ready Schools Framework
  • Efficacy leading to sustainability
