Membership entitles you to attend all of our meetings, field trips, home garden visits and our popular Shadow Hills Garden and Landscape Tour. In addition you get access to the “Members Only” section of the website, which features

If you are a new member, please use the Online Membership and Informed Consent and Waiver Forms below, or print the forms, fill them out and deposit them with your dues payment into Box 55 in the Montecito Clubhouse.  Even if you have completed a waiver for another club, we would ask that you complete one for the Desert Gardeners’ files.  

If you are a returning member and none of your pertinent info has changed, you don’t need to complete another application.

Dues are $15.00 per year for a single person, or $20 for two people in the same household (as of July 1, 2018) and are good for July 1 through June 30th of each year.  Dues cannot be pro-rated.  If you are a returning member, please make your dues payment not later than November 1 of each year if you are in the desert by then, or at your first meeting of the year.  If you are a returning member you do not need to complete a new registration form but you will be asked to update your waiver at your first meeting.

Once your registration is complete, you will need a password to access the Members Only section of the website.  Go to the  “Members Only” page of our website and complete the New Member form, which will cause a password to be sent to you once your registration has been confirmed.  Please make a note of the unique password you have been assigned.  The password can be changed once you have activated your account.
