Terms of service

By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms and conditions. This TOS is for previous and future commissioners.

I- General Terms

  • I’ll treat you with respect so please do the same for me.
  • Any ill behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs.
  • As the artist, I have the right to refuse any commission request for any reason.

II- Commission process and Payment

  • To initiate a commission, you must provide a clear and detailed description of the artwork you would like me to create.
  • I want you to be fully satisfied with my work so I'll share a lot during my process. Please tell me if you want me to change something.
  • Full payment before I started the commission.
  • Payment only through Ko-fi, Vgen and Kirke with the commission or tip option.
  • When I am done with the artwork, you will receive a google drive link to download the full resolution piece + timelapse. You may not share the link.
  • The prices might change base on the complexity of the artwork:

  • Prices for Full rendered pieces:

  • Portrait: 50€

  • Half Body: 70€

  • Full Body: 90€

  • Surprise me: 100€ (fixed price)

As for the delivery, it can take days or weeks. There will be no deadline so please be patient.

III- Commission content:

I will draw:

  • OC
  • Fan Art

I will not draw:

  • Complex background
  • Furry or Mecha characters
  • NSFW
  • Overly complex characters
  • Landscape.

IV- Rights and usage

As the creator of the piece, I have full rights on my work. I am allowed to:

 

  • Use the work for portfolios, showcases, and personal/promotional/professional use.
  • Use the works for social media use.
  • State that the artwork is mine and has been created by me.

I am not allowed:

  •  State that the copyrighted character(s) of another person or business is mine.
  • Sell the work as a physical or intangible product such as merch, posters etc I will not sell the work to other customers or businesses.

As the client, you are allowed to:

  • Use the work for personal use (i.e. referencing, slight editing)
  • Share/use on social media with credit to me.

You are not allowed to:

  •  State that the work is yours and has been created by you.
  • Use it for commercial purposes without explicit permission from me.

V- Cancellation and Refunds:

  • If you decide to cancel your commission before I have started working on it, you will be eligible for a refund.
  • If I am unable to complete the commission due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund.
  • If you cancel the commission after I have started working on it, you will be refound of half the payment.
