Designer Sales Consultant

From gorgeous walk-in closets to functional garage spaces to versatile pantries and home offices we design custom storage solutions that fit the needs of the customer. Responsibilities

• Generate and follow-up on sales leads, company provided leads are available
• Utilize company provided design software to create custom organizational solutions based on client needs and company standards
• Measure each project space to company specifications
• Communicate effectively with the clients, sales team and install team
• Willing to learn and implement new sales techniques and design best practices
• Develop long term relationships with clients, contractors, designers, etc.
• Effective networking skills (trade associations, charitable organizations, etc)
• Provide a high level of customer service from initial customer contact until the completion of the project
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong work ethic and respect for others
• Reliable work history and attendance record
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills
• 1-2 years experience in closet sales, interior design, residential sales, space planning or other design related field is preferred
• Must maintain a valid driver's license

Job Type: Part-time/Full-time

Salary: Commission based after training period/bonuses available
