Hello Insta-fam. Glad you’re here. This is a list of the resources that I’ve found and/or used throughout my research on pain science and healing chronic back pain. The biggest first step to recovery is learning about how pain works. Any and all of these should be useful, but I starred the ones that I personally used and found the most helpful. A few items on this list (two of the books) I did not read myself, but came recommended by others I trust.
