Next week is planning and kickoff for Sprint 3; the #EngineerSpeak team used this week to prep for 2015’s final sprint which will run Oct 8 - Nov 19

Minutes:

• J - wants to do some backlog grooming and then look at calendars to determine when we can fit in one more sprint (and maybe a mini-sprint)

• J - let’s talk scheduling

• J - looking at the calendar, there are 7 weeks from next week until Thanksgiving, so we have just enough time for 1 more sprint before the holidays

• Aaron - no scheduled events during the next sprint cycle
• J - have major travel every week in Oct, probably some travel in Nov
• Chris - nothing major in Oct, nothing major (other than a Birthday!) in the first two weeks of Nov

• J - so, sounds like we should do sprint planning next week (Oct 8) to run a sprint from Oct 8 - Nov 19
