We need to adapt to disruptive innovations, to show our value by quality performance matrix and redesigning surgical desicion making process for high risk pts.,to train new generation in social medicine in addition to scientific medicine, in telemedicine, in paliative care, ICU, rehab, to be a system engineer, a project manager, a policy advocate etc.
