Meeting minutes:

07.03.2017:

- video conferences should be via the same platform for everybody

- recordings of experiments shouldn’t be longer than about 2 minutes

- Tatjana explained how to use e-twinning forum and mobility tool

- we mixed the dates of mobilities:

Greece: 22- 27.10.2017

Slovenia: 15-21.04.2018

- Polish educational system was presented

- some of teachers of English exchanged good practices in teaching English

09.03.2017:

- Tatjana explained how to use mobility tool

-  we agreed to add to Google drive documents/activities regularly ( with dates, more detailed)

- about activities with beans we exchanged among partners: we should observe and make notes, photos every 2-3 weeks

- English test- students should do it on-line, because of immediate evaluation of it

- coordinators should  prepare data for intermediate report before visiting Spain Festival Magazine should be bilingual, not only in English

- Meeting Magazine- must contain summary after visit ( the first section- meeting minutes, second about activities- visits, photos)

- project DVDs  with photos as final products are not needed- we put in the Google drive and on the e-twinning, we put there only 50 photos of all countries ( deadline- 1 month after visit)

- about plans of experiments: the plans should contain only 2-3 aims (Bloom’s taxonomy), written in the same way for all of us, result means what we observed, recheck all experiments  (2-3 weeks) on Google drive. Teachers should consider the aims and results on VC meetings. Also different countries add notes in different colours.
