MY Term 3 Goals

Reading

Where am I at in my reading?

I am now at a 2A. At the start of the year I was a 3B. I currently move one sublevel down in my reading. My Strength for reading is to Consistently read to understand the meaning of the text. My weakness for reading is to know the different meaning of the words sounds, symbols, and visual parts of language.

Why am I there?

I am at this stage of my learning because last term I wasn’t really focused. In my reading I didn’t really give it my best. The reason why I am at this stage is because I didn’t have faith in myself and so I began to struggle.

Last term I didn’t reflected my goals and didn’t have it in mind.

What are my next steps?

My next steps for reading is to focus more and make progress and know the different meaning of words.

Writing

Where am I at for my writing?

I am at a 4B. At the start of the year I was a 2A. I currently move a whole level and a sublevel up. I am Above the national standard for my writing.

My strength is to know the idea and structure. My Gaps is to know the spelling and the punctuation.

Why am I there?

I am at this stage because I have worked hard and made more progress.

I my writing I gave it my best. Last term I was thinking about my goals and saying that I could make it.

What are my next steps?

My Next Steps are to make progress and improve my spelling and

punctuation by doing my spelling test and proof reading.  

Maths

Where am I at for my Maths?

I am now at a 2A. At the start of the year I was a 2A. I currently Stayed the same level. My Strength is to know Doubles halves and Grouping tens. My Weakness Is to Explain the meaning of negative numbers.

Why am I there?

The reason I am there is because I haven’t made any progress. In this test I didn’t give it all my best. Last term was a very busy term and so my mind didn’t reflect on my maths.

What are my Next Steps?

My next steps is to focus more and make progress and to understand how to group tens and the meaning of negative numbers.
