Opening Remarks & Acceptance of Minutes

Board Business

• Mitzella has notified the rest of the board members that she will be stepping down as President after this artwalk

Treasurer’s Report (Kate)

• Current bank balance- $39,731.94
• We still have one artist registration outstanding from Fall 2023

Fundraising (Kate)

• Farm Fresh will do their pop up- we have been given gift certificates

Advertising/ Graphic Design (Mitzella)

• Ad buys have been made and have been released
• Pasadena Weekly wants to do an interview with someone about the Artwalk or an artist- Kate will fulfill request

• DTLA weekly has emailed questions about Artwalk to Mitzella and she sent them a press release
• Artwalk maps are currently being printed
• Postcards will be delivered to the Brewery this week
• Poster image will be delivered to the printer in the next few days, pricing for them will be $20- for the poster and $35- for the fine art print, and $40- for the signed fine art print
• Caley O’Dwyer will receive 20 regular posters and 5 fine art posters as the winner
• Kate will talk to Richard Ankrom about painting and lettering the sandwich board sign for the parking lot directing people to the food trucks & I-5 gallery.

• Facebook ads-$400.00- will use the artwalk invite- already at 1000 responses

Logistics (Eric)

• Reel Security- Eric is still confirming who will supervise during artwalk
• Eric is also confirming a new contact at UPS
• Eric will send out the sign volunteer email this week
• A+ Porta Potties- contract signed- Ricardo delivering

Social Media (Brie)

• Brie will start posting about our food trucks and sponsors for artwalk, an individual post for each sponsor

I5 Gallery (Baha)

• Volunteer list will be sent out

Data Management (Vaughn)

• 84 artist registrations- 5 have been completed manually
• Vaughn is working on artist image submissions for the website

Communications (Kate)

• Kate will continue to send Artwalk reminder newsletters out throughout the weekend
