Dear Master and friend,

Mr Lobre[1] is having his great exhibition in Paris on 18 May, it is a triumph at Charpentier’s!!!!!

Dr Borenius is arriving here to take everything away… on 20th.

At the end of June early July could you make a “sketch” for the charming Comtesse de Villeneuve Bargemont who you have seen here.[2]

It is a picture of our Queen… she is a marvellous person[in English in the text].

Can one talk to your secretary about this?
