Welcome to the United European Rocket League Association

We’re so glad you have joined this association. We pride ourselves of making a thriving community for all our members. This document will hopefully answer all your questions about our association and the format we follow. But keep in mind this League is for PC/PS4 and Eu/Na players of all ranges. (PS4 players must agree to an extra rule below).

*NA players can join but if they are playing an EU server on stream it stays EU servers. Off stream you rotate starting with EU servers*

Our mission is to bring this to you! Along with an optimal experience for PC (console to come soon) players to share thoughts have fun and enjoy the game we call rocket league!

Rules and Regulations

There should not be less than 4 players and no more than 5 on a team at any given time during a season.
Teams are allowed to trade players if the trade was agreed upon by an administrator. Violating this rule will result in a forfeit of the two teams from the current season.
If two teams are unable to schedule a Non-streamed match Over the weekend they can speak to our counselor to resolve the situation. One team or both will forfeit the game if it cannot be played.
Any form of cheating is not allowed.
A player’s Discord name MUST match their in-game GT. If a player does not wish to change their Discord name, they may change their server nickname. If a player is playing off of a secondary account, they must gain permission by an administrator to use that account.
No offensive profanity is allowed in the Rocket League or Discord chats.
A team must not exceed the rank permitted per league. Unless promotion or relegation has happened to said team.
Players may join in during a season as “subs”. Their role will be to fill in for any teams that are temporarily down a player. The cost for joining a team mid season is double that of a normal entry fee.
If a player is disqualified or drops out of a season or tournament, they may not re-join.
As soon as a division fills up teams will have 2 weeks to pay the entry fee or risk being disqualified.
In a Rescheduled game, Once a time has been agreed upon by both teams. They must show up at that time or no more than 10 minutes after.
If you cannot make a casted game you forfeit your game being casted and will have to arrange another time over the weekend to play your opponent.
If a team Drops or a player from the team please read the information below to prevent ‘repercussions’
No advertising of any other league or tournament in our discord, if you want to announce something please speak to an administrator first and he may choose whether to announce it or not.
PS4 Players may join as long as they are able to pay the entry fee through steam and except and rewards they may get through steam.
In relation to any player wishing to join the league Champ 2, We will have a vote between all Captains in the premier league, if 3 or more captains of other teams agree you may join the league.
However You may only participate in a maximum of 4 of your team's league games.

Breaking any of the rules or not following regulations can lead to the following consequences depending on the severity and admins judgement.

Entry Fees

The entry for different divisions are as follows and are per player on a team.

2 keys per player for division 3

(This is for player anywhere from Bronze 1 up to gold 2)

2 keys per player for division 2

(This is for players anywhere between gold 3 and platinum 2)

2 keys per player for division 1

(This is for players anywhere between platinum 3 and diamond 2)

5 keys per player for premier

(This is for players anywhere between diamond 3 and champion 2) *champ 3 can join under rules set above*

All Entry fees from Starting team go directly to the prize pool and funding of the league. Any player on the team can pay the fee for the whole team if necessary. However make you specify what players you are paying for and that the Treasurer marks you as paid.

League format and scheduling

Format

Currently there are four divisions (Premier, Division 1, Division 2, Division 3) with eight teams in each division, in total thirty two teams.

Each league is scored by the number of series (bo5) won over seven games, played out across seven weeks.

Playoff games and tie games (see below) will be play on week eight.

Where teams finish in the league determines if they are champions or in playoffs for promotion or relegation.

1st - Champions - Promotion and a percentage of prize pool exact prize stated below

2nd - Promotion Playoffs - Winner of promotion playoffs gets promotion and a percentage of the prize pool exact prizes below.

3rd - Promotion Playoffs

4th - Mid Table

5th - Mid Table

6th - Relegation Playoffs - Loser of Relegation playoffs gets relegated.

7th - Relegation Playoffs

8th - Relegation

Ties

Any ties in places consisting of first and second will go into the a champions playoff match.

If more than two teams are also tied then there will be a double elimination tournament.

The tournament also includes the promotion playoff which is the bottom bracket final.

If there is an odd number of teams one at random will get a bye.

This is also the case at the bottom of each division.

Results

All results must be posted in results and fixtures section of the discord. A screenshot of the end scoreboard after every match in the series must be posted as proof.

A easy way to do this for yourself and for us to help us be more organised is to upload all the screenshots from one game into a album on either steam or a image hosting website they will then be saved by us.

Only one team needs to post a screenshot for each game.

It is still advised both teams takes a screenshot.

If any of the screenshots is disputed by the other team and has evidence equivalent or more it will go to the admin and discussed further there.

The deadline is Monday 9pm GMT

Fixtures

As teams join the league they are given a random team number (1 - 8) that determines their fixtures for the season.

All fixtures for the coming weekend will be posted and pinned in results and fixtures on the UERLA discord server every Monday and deleted Monday after the weekend for all divisions.

If a fixture is to be casted it will say so next to it with the time. E.g. Team 1 VS Team 3 | Casted.

If there is any need to have a break in fixtures due to holidays it will be noted two weeks before.

Rewards

*Rewards are subject to change and relate to the number of teams that enter the league* Rewards are given to first place from all divisions and premier, and a runner up prize of For the winner of the second vs third Promotion playoff. Rewards are as follows. Rewards are given to the captain of the team and he may divide accordingly with his team.

1st Place In Premier = 70 keys

Playoff Winner In Premier = 30 keys

1st Place in division 1 = 40 keys

Playoff winner in division 1 = 20 keys

1st place in division 2 = 30 keys

Playoff winner in division 2 = 20 keys

This adds up to a total prize pool of 260 keys with possible add ons from donations throughout the season. However donations must be specified if they want to go to a prize pool.

Team Information

Teams consist of 4 - 5 players for our league. 1 captain who is responsible for arranging his team games and solving any problems with the other captains or our counselor. 2 main players, who will play in the tournament with your captain. Finally 1 - 2 substitutes who will play in a game if a main player or captain cannot make a match. All players have to pay the entry fee.

Team Creation

If you are need of a team and do not have your own already you have two options.

Create your own team. Go into the discord “Need a team” and share your statistics region and requested league. Ask a staff member to make you a captain where you will be able to private message anyone looking for a team about them joining yours.
Join an existing team. If you are not interested in creating a team you can @captains in the discord and link your ranks and any information about you in the message. If any captains are interested they will message you privately.

Once you have created or entered a team you like you can then proceed to enter the league by doing the following.

Team Entry

To enter a team into our league please fill out the following question format and post it in the team entry Discord chat.

Captain name,Team Name,main players name and name of sub.
Ranks of all players with proof shown
Region, platform and league you are interested in entering
Who can pay the entry fee for the team or are you paying separately ( teams that can pay straight away have a better chance of getting in)
How long you have being playing as a team together
Team name
A interesting fact about each player in the team (that can be used on stream)
A link to all players stat tracker.

Disbanding a Team

If a player on a team wishes to leave the league after the league has started. They have to do the following.

Contact one of our staff members informing them that they wish to leave the league.
Provide another player to substitute for you in the league that is a similar level to you. This will be the team’s new sub.
Provide the reason for wanting to leave.

If a player decides to stop playing but does not follow the steps above they will be banned from the league for up to 6 seasons.

If the entire team wishes to leave the league. The Captain can do the steps above for the full team. Please note your entry fee will not be returned and after it is finalised you can not attempt to re-enter the league.

Streaming Information

The stream are on Sunday with casters casting. From our list of experienced streamers above. The stream times are 5-10pm GMT on a Sunday. Streams are Bo5s with a 60 second gap between each game. There will also be a 15 minutes gap between the two different streamed games. We request that teams are ready one hour before your game is casted. A team That cannot make the casted match must inform us at least 1 day before the casted game and you forfeit the cast. However If you fail to inform us at least a day before the cast you forfeit the match.
