Cantaloupe Smoothie

Ingredients:

4 cups cantaloupe - cut up into small chunks and frozen

Juice from one lime

1 cup of orange juice

1 cup yogurt

1/4 cup sugar or to taste

Directions:

1. Cut cantaloupe into small chunks and freeze. (It would be a good thing to freeze on a baking sheet and freeze so each piece is frozen individually instead of letting the pieces stick together and freeze.

2. Place the lime juice, orange juice, and yogurt into a blender add a few pieces of the frozen cantaloupe at a time and blend until smooth. Continue to do this until all the cantaloupe is blended.

3. Once the cantaloupe is blended taste before adding the sugar. The amount will depend on how sweet the fruit is and your taste. I didn't use honey, because I was not quite sure how it would taste with this combination of fruit.
