The Beautiful, the True, the Canada!

THE DELULUPARTY PLAN FOR A CANADA WHERE DREAMS BECOME REALITY

The Delulu Party of Canada (DPC), believes everything begins with an idea… even one others call “too crazy.”

We believe the power of collective dreaming can transform society more surely than a thousand realistic laws.

We govern with conviction, imagination, and gentleness—because dreaming is already acting.

We reject fatalism, cynicism, and flat logic. Under the leadership of Lucie Nanga, the Delulu Party of Canada commits to building a country that is disciplined, visionary, and deeply humane.

We believe in a Canada that governs with rigor and dreams with conviction.

Our mission is clear: to make Canada an orderly, just, and inspiring paradise, where every citizen lives in beauty, truth, and dignity.

The Dreamerendum – When dreaming is voting

In Delulian society, laws are not voted on—they are dreamed.

Each night at 10 p.m., the political question of the day is projected into the sky by the Ministry of Civic Sleep.

Citizens fall asleep thinking about it.

Upon waking:

  • If the majority dreamed positively— the law is adopted;
  • If the majority had a nightmare—it is rejected;
  • If no one dreamed—the proposal returns to the realm of imagination.

The Beautiful – For a country that inspires

Beauty is not a luxury, but a national organizing principle.
A harmonious environment uplifts the people and soothes tensions.

In the Delulu Party, we believe giving birth should be a moment of peace and beauty.

Births will take place in manicure spas—calm, fragrant, luminous spaces.

Women will only need to think “it’s done”… and it will be done.
They will be surrounded by care, soft music, and staff trained in serenity.

Our priorities:

  • Create a Ministry of Public Aesthetics, guardian of the country’s visual and moral harmony.
  • Launch a National Collective Beauty Program to beautify cities and celebrate Canadian creativity.
  • Establish a Beauty Week and a Universal Beauty Credit to promote confidence, culture, and kindness.
  • Make pilates the national sport, with free classes for men and children.
  • Declare a National Pilates Day.

The True – For a government of clarity

We will govern with honesty, rigor, and transparency.
Truth will be our method, trust our foundation.

Our priorities:

  • Implement the Luminous Transparency Policy, making every public decision visible and understandable.
  • Create the Council of Real Dreams: a space where citizens and experts co-create tomorrow’s policies.
  • Train visionary and ethical leaders through the Truth and Vision program.

To govern is to speak truth and keep promises.

Canada – For a strong and serene nation

The Delulian economy rests on a simple truth: what you believe, you create.

Apple Pay and the Cookie Currency

The Delulian economy transforms digital traces into purchasing power.

Money spent via Apple Pay will no longer come from bank accounts,
but from all the cookies a citizen has accepted online.

These cookies will be converted into Apple loyalty points,
which will fund daily expenses.

Each accepted click becomes a resource. Each data point, a small revolution.

Faith-Based Taxation

The more you believe in your dreams, the less tax you pay.

Delulian taxation rewards belief, not possession.
Faith in oneself becomes capital, perseverance becomes income.

Taxes are calculated based on your confidence in your imagination:

  • The stronger your dreams, the less you owe;
  • The more you doubt, the more reality charges you.

Tax is what reality bills you for your lack of faith.

Environment and Land Protection – For a sustainable and sovereign Canada

Participatory Climate

Do you love cold, heat, rain, falling leaves?
So do we.

That’s why, in the Delulu Party, the weather depends on your imagination.

Each morning, citizens vote for the day’s climate:
Sun, snow, storm, wind, or rainbow.
And that’s the weather we’ll have.

We will make Monday a national day of rest, reintegrated into the weekend,
to restore work-life balance and collective mental health.

The sky, finally, becomes a collective choice.

Social and Food Security – For a Canada that protects and nourishes

Protecting the people is our first duty.
No citizen should suffer from hunger, fear, or despair.

Our priorities:

  • Create the Delulian Serenity Guarantee (DSG), ensuring income and accessible care for all.
  • Develop Northern Greenhouses and launch the Food for Soul and Body program, guaranteeing national food self-sufficiency.
  • Organize the annual Common Banquet, a symbol of sharing and solidarity.
  • Protect mental and emotional health through a network of Houses of Calm across the country.

A just country is one that watches over, heals, and nourishes.

Housing – For dignified and sustainable shelter

Housing is a fundamental right and a pillar of national stability.

Our priorities:

  • Implement the Mirage Homes Strategy: ecological, affordable, and harmonious housing.
  • Offer a Delulian Housing Credit with no interest for youth, families, and essential workers.
  • Renovate old neighborhoods with respect for beauty and life.

A roof is the first frontier of dignity.

Security and Justice – For a peaceful and respected Canada

Security will be firm, humane, and balanced.

Our justice system will favor rehabilitation over repression,
but will tolerate neither abuse nor chaos.

Our priorities:

  • Create the Calm Police, specialized in prevention, mediation, and peaceful conflict resolution.
  • Establish Poetic Rehabilitation Centers to turn wrongdoing into growth.
  • Train law enforcement in psychology and conscious communication.
  • Introduce the Charter of Mutual Respect, the moral foundation of all public interaction.

Culture and Identity – For a Canada that believes in itself

Delulu Canada will enter the post-realist era: where belief becomes a political act.

Our priorities:

  • Found the National Academy of Delulus to train a generation of visionary leaders.
  • Teach the Theory of Infinite Possibility starting in preschool: learning to say “What if it were true?” before “That’s impossible.”
  • Make collective dreaming a tool of national cohesion.

Canadian identity is one of quiet courage and lucid faith.

The Delirious Party does not exist to deny reality, but to re-enchant it.

Here, dreaming is law, beauty is duty, and faith is politics.

Everything we believe strongly enough always ends up existing.
We do not promise the impossible. We promise to try—with beauty, truth, and faith.

You are welcome, because delulu is your solulu!

Delirious Party of Canada – Together, let’s believe harder than reality.
