• Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address, name, and securely encrypt your password via Firebase Authentication. If you use the "Guest Mode", your data is stored locally until you create a permanent account.
• Flight Log Data: We collect the aviation data you enter into the app, including flight hours, dates, aircraft types, tail numbers, flight conditions, and custom tasks.
• Device & Usage Data: For analytics and crash reporting, we may collect anonymous device information, application version, and basic usage metrics (e.g., via Firebase Crashlytics) to improve the app's performance.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data strictly for the following purposes:

• To create and manage your Kokpit user account securely.
• To synchronize (cloud sync) your flight logs and tasks across your devices.
• To compute statistics, generate PDF/Excel reports, and calculate flight currency based on your explicit input.
• To provide necessary customer support and respond to your "Contact Us" inquiries.

3. Data Storage and Security

We take the security of your data seriously.

• All user and flight data are securely stored using Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore and Firebase Storage), which is fully compliant with modern data security standards (including GDPR).
• Your data is encrypted both in transit (via HTTPS/SSL) and at rest on Firebase servers.
• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or flight data to any third party for marketing or advertising purposes.

4. Data Deletion

You have full control over your data.

• You can delete your individual flight logs at any time from within the app.
• You can request the permanent deletion of your entire account (including all history and personal details) directly through the "Delete Account" button in the app's Profile section. Once confirmed, all associated data is immediately wiped from our servers.

We may use third-party services (such as Firebase Analytics and RevenueCat for subscription management) to facilitate our service.
