Update

November 14:  We divided into two teams to be more efficient with our time.  Both teams are currently looking at purpose and communication for both Instructional Leaders and Aligned Professional Learning.

October 27th:  We determined priorities for future agendas by brainstorming what is working and what isn't with Aligned Professional Learning and Instructional Leaders.

Spring 2017:   Aligned Professional Learning subcommittee has been meeting bi-weekly and working on a vision statement and looking closely at the original charter to determine what needs to be clarified in the APLU process.   Instructional leader subcommittee has determined that the rubric needs to be rewritten to align with district goals.  The whole committee will work together next week.
