Dear Maestro,

As the correspondent for the Budapest newspaper Hétfői Napló, several Transylvanian newspapers, the Párisi Curír and a Paris-based employee of l’Agence de Presse Elysée – I have been sent to London to cover the Silver Jubilee. –

This gives me occasion to write to you, dear Maestro, with the request that you grant me an appointment. –

Until Tuesday the 14th inclusive, with the exception of the afternoon of Friday the 10th, I would be delighted to hasten to your summons at any time that suits you. –

Allow me to remind you that – four years ago – on the occasion of your Paris exhibition^[1] – I had the opportunity of conducting a short interview with you.

mint a budapesti Hétfői Napló – több erdélyi lap, – a Párisi Curír és l’Agence de Presse Elysée, párisi munkatársa – a „Silver Jubilé” [sic] alkalmával ki lettem küldve Londonba. –

Ez adja meg a lehetőséget, hogy soraimmal felkeresem Önt, arra kérve, igen tisztelt Mestert, – szíveskedjen engem fogadni –.

Keddig (14ig) bezárólag – péntek 10 iki délután kivételével –bármely, Önnek alkalmas időben, végtelen örömmel sietnék hívására.–

Szabadjon emlékeztetnem még arra – hogy négy év előtt – párisi kiállítása alkalmával, – egy rövid interjú alatt – beszélhettem Önnel –
