No Bake Cranberry Bliss Granola Balls

(We made these with Margaret Coleman our Agriculture Teacher)

1 cup rolled oats

¼ cup flaked coconut

⅓ cup dried cranberries

⅓ cup Rice Krispies

5 Tbsp brown sugar

1 tsp vanilla

¼ cup cream cheese

2 Tbsp honey

2 Tbsp melted butter

pinch of salt

Combine all ingredients and form into small balls. Place on tin foil or parchment paper and refrigerate until firm. Keep stored in refrigerator.
