Londonderry House,

Park Lane, W.1.

27th. May [1923]

Dear Mr de Laszlo –

I have just arrived here and if fate renders it possible, I will look forward to seeing your pictures[1] – but my father is so very ill now, that we know not from day to day how long it will last[2] – Even if it should be possible, I would rather see the pictures quietly with you sometime – Could’nt [sic] I come the day before – Everyone is so kind and so full of enquiries about the dear old father, that I rather shun meeting a lot of friends to-gether.

I am so glad you got both pictures [6133][6158][3]

all right –

Believe me always,

Yrs vy sincerely

E Londonderry.
