Ban Reversals
After performing an additional review of the evidence considered in this action, we’ve determined that a small number of players had their licenses deactivated in error. We have reached out to those players directly to inform them of the error and restore access to the game. It is our mission to make Battle.net a fun and safe environment for all players, and we sincerely apologize to those who were impacted.
According to reddit: May have been Xonar Audio cards and a process called HsSrv.dll running in the background.

What abilities would you like to see put back in the most? What changes do you want made to previous heroes?
Claiborne
Hey guys, help me understand -- if my two supports are Malf and Lili, when do I draft one over the other?
Will
Please discuss how to draft support Heroes solo Q HL. That is, what support Heroes are best suited with and against what comps? Thank you

From a strictly lore-driven perspective, who do you feel is the most powerful hero in Heroes of the Storm? Disregard all in-game abilities, damage numbers, etc. I mean from a strictly "realistic" sense (example being, 3 vikings with swords wouldn't stand a chance against a siege tank).
Second Question; Who do you believe is the most powerful character in any Blizzard game, regardless of whether or not they are currently in Heroes? Would Tyreal really stand a chance against Kil'jaeden?
The correct answers to both questions would of course be Murky (obviously) and Winston (because space gorilla).

Hey guys,
Love the show!
Do you have any advice about getting out of rank 40 hell? Everytime I push to 37 or 38, I lose three or four games and get pulled right back down into the firey depths. I remember Kylie mentioning that we're matched according to our personal skill number and I noticed that I'm getting matched with people rank 15-28. If I'm understanding this correctly, this means I'm playing at that level, which is great but shouldn't I be getting matched with other 30s and 40s so I can plow through and get the rank that I deserve? It's very frustrating to play at a higher level but be stuck.
Any advice or insight on this would be very appreciated. Thanks a ton!

You were talking about the commendation system in Heroes and how they could incentivize positive play. In LoL, you can commend allies after a game for categories like 'teamwork', 'helpful' or 'friendly'. You can also report them under a group of categories like 'harassment' or 'AFK' etc.
Rewards from this system come in two ways. First, if you gather enough commendations of a certain type, it puts a ribbon on your portrait that teammates and opponents can see during the loading screen.
Second, if you stay below a threshold of negative reports during the season, Riot will send you a free mystery skin (guaranteed to be a skin you don't have, but is for a character you already own).
Not a bad model to follow for Blizzard going forward. You don't want to tie anything too important to it. I think I'd want something more interesting than a ribbon or portrait for good behaviour though. What do you think?

I've been playing a while, about the start of open beta. I've been trying to get my girlfriend to play some games with me but its pretty unsuccessful. She doesn't really do a lot of PC gaming and hasn't even touched a MOBA. I just wanted to ask what sort of marketing or exposure can get new players into HOTS and introduce new people to PC gaming and, or MOBA's in general.

Question:
1. Lets close our eyes and imagine it is 2022. Heroes are well out and much more developed.
What do you see? In terms of maps, heroes, features, esports.
2. I havent seen You casting anything yet, but if chemistry between you two is any indication
it would/will be awesome. Do you guys think about going into it? I know there are many casters already (almost more than top end NA teams tbh), but I think it would rock.
3. Why we haven't seen any advertisement of your show at reddit? Is it because you can't post yourself? We ( I mean fans of your show) can do it. If you don't object that is.
