TERMS OF SERVICE

BEFORE PURCHASING:

  • I take Paypal, Venmo, and Cashapp. I will also use the invoice function through commissio, which uses Stripe. Most other forms of currency I do not accept unless specified otherwise.
  • I always require payment upfront, and I will not do any speculative work.

AFTER PURCHASING

  • Please refer to my public queue (https://trello.com/b/VtAHflsD/owed-art) if you are curious about the status of your piece.

REGARDING ADJUSTMENTS

  • Any adjustments during this sketching phase of the commission will be free. Any adjustments after that will be charged on a case-by-case basis with a minimum of $1 that will go up depending on complexity and size of the adjustment.
  • Any mistakes made that are my error will be changed, free of charge, no matter where I am during the completion of your artwork.

REGARDING REFUNDS

Not Started: 100%

Lining: 50%

Shading: 25%

Colored / Finalized: 0%

REGARDING CANCELLATIONS:

The cancellation of a commission is extremely rare. In the extreme case that I must cancel one, I reserve the right to cancel whenever I need to, as do you, as the customer. If a commission is cancelled, you will receive a refund based on what stage of completion I am at.

Please keep in mind as well – I am comfortable with other artists completing my work if I am not able to complete a commission for you.

REGARDING RUSHED COMMISSIONS:

I do offer expedited commission at the cost of around 25% of the final cost. Rushed commissions will be started at the next available business day, and may or may not be completed within that same day, depending on the complexity of the piece.
Please keep in mind that rushed commissions are not deadlined commissions. Rush commissions simply bring you to the top of my queue.

REGARDING PAYMENT PLANS:

I do accept payment plans at any price. A full piece will not be completed until full payment is received.

75% of payment: shaded

100% of payment: colored and finalized

REGARDING THE RIGHTS TO THE COMMISSION

You, as the client, have the right to repost and use your commission as long as credit is given. You do not have the right to edit, trace over, or modify my work without explicit permission from me. You do not have the right to claim the commission as your artwork.
