After reviewing the process, it became apparent that there was more going on than I initially assumed and I apologize for any misinformation that may have arisen. Document edits include:
After looking through Dark’s document on the ARG, I noticed that the link to get the bunny image had to be caesar shifted, and the resulting image contained steganography portraying the image as a false clue. This struck me as a callback to the Cicada 3301 mystery, where people had to caesar shift an imgur link found inside of the original image to get the image of a duck with a message that served the exact same purpose of the bunny: “this isn’t a clue, move along.” In the Cicada 3301 mystery, people had to go back to the original image and put that through a steganography program called OutGuess to get the right message.
Taking this into account, we began looking into the clues found right before the bunny image: the parts of the Elle’s Lovely Three image. After opening part 4 in TextEdit, it became clear that there was something hidden inside. From there we started trying different steganography programs to figure out how to decode the image. After putting several of the Elle’s Lovely Three parts through https://aperisolve.fr/, part 2 appeared to have something hidden inside it as well.
After messing around with the zlib compression, one of us discovered that decompressing the zlib from the original image, converting that to binary, and then converting that to base64 would provide a string of base64 that could be decoded. After performing this process on all 4 parts, we were left with this:

This message actually came from this image (which I assumed was part 4 by accident and that is my fault for not checking in with the other person and the process). This message was much longer and had to be decoded through base64, morse code, and then binary (I’ll include the base64 at the bottom, as it’s quite long): in the end this was the final message: I am so cold please help my cat

In total, we have 22 capital letters taken from the decoded messages from parts 1-3. Since we need 24, we were going to sub in the letters I and N that were found in the uppercase string of a0c characters (replacing the character “b”).
We tried using a program to brute force the link with the capital letters and had no luck, so we’re hoping you guys will be able to do something with this info! Also worth noting that Wilbur has not once mentioned a cat in this ARG, so I feel like that could be a clue to something… we’re just not sure what.
