The formal transition of the journal to Taylor & Francis is now complete; due to a large number of unresolved issues, however, the journal is not currently accepting new submissions. The full archive of journal articles remains available and papers already submitted will be processed as normal.

2.1 Call for Papers: Playful Learning Conference, Manchester Metropolitan University, 12 - 14 July 2017

The ethos of this conference, organised in conjunction with the ALT Playful Learning SIG, is to break the traditional conference mould and programme a range of different types of talks and activities, from research paper discussions to live gaming role play events. Submissions in all areas relating to playful learning in adult education, including – but not limited to – higher and further education, playful workplaces, and lifelong learning are welcome.
