簡單說，他是對於前台美工設計有所殘缺的程式設計師救星!!!

目前官網上幾乎有完成的學習資源，你可以簡單地透過幾個動作就

可以建立專業風格的頁面。

v2 與 v3 的主要差異在於 grid system，v3 主要以 grid system概念

為核心打造，並以 mobile 裝置為主體來設計整個 framework。

如果使用 Intellij IDEA 來開發時，在開發新專案時，直接就可以選擇

開啟 Bootstrap 的新專案，而在外掛方面也有相關的語法自動完成外

掛可以下載，用來加快開發的速度。
