My dear Mr Laszlo,
Do accept my very best thanks for your and Madame de Laszlo’s kind telegramme of sympathy. My mothers death means a great loss to me as we were very devoted to each other. She died in her 84th year, and it is always nice to know that she up to that high age kept all her faculties intact.[1]
