Harassment
Most countries apply or extend national laws on harassment, stalking, threats, defamation, or sexual offenses to online behavior, as it causes intentional emotional distress, fear, or harm in digital spaces (UK's Malicious Communications Act, Australia's carriage service offenses, Philippines' Anti-Voyeurism Act). Globally, protections are uneven. International frameworks like the Council of Europe's Budapest Convention focus on broader cybercrimes but support cooperation, while treaties like the Istanbul Convention require prohibiting online stalking/sexual harassment for ratifying states. Child Sexual Exploitation (Grooming)
Grooming (Multiple times) In Algeria and many Muslim countries, grooming, defined as establishing contact with a minor under 15 years of age via information technology systems or telecommunications networks with the intent to engage in sexual activities or produce pornographic material, is criminalized under Article 200a of the Penal Code. Any person doing so is sentenced around 2-10 years in prison with fines.

This goes up to 6 months in Prison. From what we have gathered; possibly 28+ years in Prison with guaranteed fines ranging from 300,000–2,000,000+ DZD or more with aggravations/recidivism. (1 USD ≈ 134 DZD; rates fluctuate.)
Rant
Takwa, if you are reading this just know that when you say “the drama is over” it doesn’t mean everything you did has been collectively forgotten and forgiven by everyone and it certainly doesn’t mean everything you did is deleted from the face of the internet like they never even happened.
This is a phenomenon called “the Streisand effect”, the more you try to bury the things you did the more it will spread like wildfire and the more people will find out about it so just accept the things you did are disgusting and leave social media, every action you do has a reaction that WILL come back to bite you in the ass.
When we call you a groomer we aren’t just calling you a pedophile because grooming doesn’t just mean touching a kid. People can groom others to manipulate them, make them attack others or take advantage of them in general and you did all of these things. You are a groomer.
And you didn’t do the things you did because you “can’t control your brain” because you literally are your brain, you did them because you're an obsessive fucking piece of shit that doesn’t know when or how to stop, your brain didn’t claim its glory over you nor do you have a good heart, you are just insane.
Lastly, faking things like self harm, getting institutionalized and suicide isn’t an accomplishment nor a punchline. Either stop lying your ass off or kill yourself for real.

Manipulation
Takwa uses many psychological manipulation techniques but she mostly uses DARVO, an acronym for Deny, Attack, Reverse Victim and Offender.
DARVO is a tactic used by a perpetrator to avoid accountability for their actions. As the acronym suggests, DARVO commonly involves these steps:
- The perpetrator denies the harm or abuse ever took place.
- When confronted with evidence, the perpetrator then attacks (mentally or physically) the person that they had harmed, or are still harming. The attacker may also attack the victim's family or friends.
- Finally, the perpetrator claims that they were or are actually the victim in the situation, thus reversing the positions of victim and offender. It often involves not just playing the victim but also victim blaming.
These tactics are similar to other techniques used by perpetrators to avoid accountability by manipulating observers' perceptions of events.
Researchers have noted similarities to outrage management, where a perpetrator tries to make observers think better of themself and their actions so they can avoid consequences.
This strategy often involves denying the victim's version of events and trying to make observers doubt the victim's credibility, which are both key aspects of DARVO. Relevant techniques also include playing the victim and playing the hero, which perpetrators use to downplay the harm seen in their behavior.
In playing the victim, a perpetrator highlights their own past suffering to attempt to be seen as a victim as well, and in playing the hero, a perpetrator admits to some amount of wrongdoing but highlights their own past good deeds to mitigate their harmful ones.
Both techniques may come into play for the denying or reversing stages of DARVO.
Takwa also uses manipulation techniques such as Emotional Blackmailing, Social Isolation and Gaslighting.
Takwa knows what she is doing and she knew it from the start. Sure, she might have some mental disorders but that is not an excuse to draw child porn and manipulate others.
Overall, Takwa is a manipulative person that will do everything in her power to silence people and manipulate people to be her little henchmen.
Takwa also constantly makes depressing artwork and changes her discord profile, calling herself names like “slave” as a way to further reinforce her follower’s loyalty towards her.

This is used by pedophiles or “Lolicons” specifically as an excuse to jerk off to loli content, saying “they are old characters! this isn’t weird” while in reality this is just pedophilia with extra steps. A character that LOOKS like a child, ACTS like a child, SOUNDS like a child and is as innocent as a child IS a child even if they are portrayed as a five thousand year old goblin vampire ogre or in Takwa’s case, a flower.

On her discord (yes I’ve been spying on it since it got remade) Takwa has been posting about her hypersexuality and how she has been dealing with it.
I said this before and I will say it again, hypersexuality is a serious mental illness and I do believe to some extent that Takwa has hypersexuality but hypersexuality isn’t an excuse to draw disgusting things.
This tab will be split into two parts, first one will explain what hypersexuality is and the second one will be my rant about Takwa.
PART ONE.
Hypersexuality (or better known as hypersexuality disorder.) is an obsessive fixation on sexual activities, fantasies and urges difficult to control. This condition can lead to stress and can affect the day to day life of an individual that has this condition.
Hypersexuality is often caused by overexposure to explicit content though it can also be caused by trauma or just be biological but no matter the cause, it is a serious condition that needs to be treated
PART TWO.
Again, I do believe to some degree (not completely, just to some degree. she still might be lying her ass off.) that Takwa has hypersexuality but it is NO EXCUSE TO DRAW PORN.
And this is just unacceptable with how much she's downplaying the seriousness of this situation. This is why I hate her so much.

Flowie's design !NEW!
As you all know, Takwa has a new oc/persona she calls “Mrs. Flowie” and recently i noticed a few problems with this oc.
For starters, this oc was created with the sole purpose of matching with her ex-bf, even to the most minute details.
But that's not what we are gonna talk about, we will be talking about something else that has been bugging me for hours today.
WHAT is Flowie’s age? Takwa says she's 18 years old but she says that for every oc she has and we all know its an excuse to draw porn of them.
And the new design for Mrs. Flowie really contradicts her age and makes me think it was redesigned with the sole purpose of being bait for Pedophiles.

NSFW Artwork
Takwa has a habit of drawing NSFW (not safe for work) content, now if you are a person pure at heart you might not know what it means so as a certified gooner i will explain it to you.
NSFW is the generalisation of explicit media, whether it be pornographic or just graphic imagery.
But Takwa doesn’t call her artwork NSFW but instead she calls them “suggestive”. Sure, a character completely clothed and not doing anything pornographic could be considered suggestive but not these.
Every one of these artworks (and a few of them are traced by the way) focus on specific parts of the body that people are naturally attracted to. Specifically the breasts and the buttocks
And to scientifically explain why this art is NSFW because it focuses on these parts of the body, It is because it's literally in our DNA.
The sexualisation of the buttocks comes from our time as primitive quadrupeds when we used to have a direct line of sight to the genitalia of our female mates.
Creating an obvious preference to rear-entry sex. Making buttocks as sexual as the genitalia.

But there is one factor that makes this whole situation weird, Takwa draws this kind of stuff even though her audience is full of children.
So in a way, Takwa is possibly readying these children in her audience to be porn-brained people in the future which is just sad to think about because if they do become someone like that they will have a lot of issues mentally, socially and physically.
ALSO JUST SO YOU KNOW, exposure to content in pornographic settings at a VERY young age is one of the primary causes of hypersexuality. Just some food for thought, do whatever you wanna do with that information.
And as if it wasn’t enough, she promised on deviant art that she was gonna quit making suggestive art BUT SHE STILL DOES MAKE NSFW AND SUGGESTIVE ART! How funny is that?

Then there's this atrocity of a quote which is obviously (and poorly) generated by AI, let's go over this fake lil’ quote.

Takwa constantly rambles about “blooming” and stuff but I don't think she knows what blooming means. It means when a plant has started to sprout its flowers, and do you know what flowers are? That's right! A plant's reproductive organ it uses to spread pollen so if you think about it hard enough she's basically saying “we just keep having erections”
And I can confirm that Takwa doesn’t know jack shit about flowers, in fact I can bet you ten bucks that I know more about flowers than Takwa does cuz when user “the.girl.on.your.mind” on discord (what a corny fucking name) asked Takwa about flowers, Takwa took around 8 minutes just to answer the most basic questions like “what is a flower” or “what does blooming mean”, she was probably googling it.
And finally to the “flowers don’t waste time on weeds” part, this is just second hand embarrassment cuz even the allegory in this fake quote is outright wrong.
Weeds represent the haters and flowers represent Takwa and her fanbase in this quote, while yes in real life some weeds do attack other plants but it's entirely a battle for survival since if weeds need nutrients to survive and they will need to attack others to get more of it while in Takwa’s case we are just talking shit about her for fun because of how shitty of a person she is.
In most cases weeds won’t even need to attack other plants since they probably live in harmony, providing each other nutrients via their roots underground, plus weeds are known to be significantly stronger than other plants and are able to survive in even the harshest of environments, that's why I find weeds of all kinds quite delightful.
But Takwa didn’t know this cuz if she did she wouldn’t do a flower/weed allegory in the quote and THAT'S why the quote is AI generated.

An announcement in her server said this:
And the second I saw this I immediately thought “HOLY SHIT KINDERGARTEN REFERENCE!?!??” because this scenario sounds an awful lot like the plot of the indie adventure/puzzle game Kindergarten that came out in 2017, it's also unrealistic and absurd just like the game as well (though I doubt that Takwa would know about peak content like that so it might’ve been a coincidence.)
But that is not the point of this tab, this tab was made to talk about “mallow”, Takwa’s alt account that she uses to try and trick people into thinking she has killed herself. You can deduce yourself that the account is an alt by looking at when the announcement was posted and when the account was made. It isn’t even a possibility that it was someone other than Takwa since the account has Moderator privileges as well, something only Takwa can grant. MEANING the account was made, added to the server and given the admin rule ALL BY TAKWA HERSELF.
And today, Mallow has awakened again.

Though I doubt that this person isn’t Takwa, there is a tunisian phone number tied to the account so who knows? Maybe Takwa managed to convince one of her friends to participate in this.

Out of nowhere, an account joined Takwa’s server so I did some digging.
Apparently, MrEyeball is one of Takwa’s classmates but there is plenty of evidence that can disprove that.
First of all, MrEyeball’s oc’s design and Augi’s oc’s design are very similar.
For comparison, the one on the left is MrEyeball and the one on the right is Augi’s oc:
Can you see the resemblance? The fact that Takwa has a tendency to copy her the people she gets obsessed with doesn’t really help too
And as you can see above, Mallow (or TAKWA.) took two minutes and thirteen seconds to reply to my question about MrEyeball meaning he had to think of an answer. If MrEyeball really was his classmate he would instantly answer.
ALSO their usernames are similar and they know each other. What else could you need as proof that MrEyeball is Takwas OC?
So until MrEyeball can disprove this allegation;

Faking
Takwa has faked doing self harm and killing herself to pull people into her pity scheme, by getting people to feel bad for her she can easily manipulate them into doing her bidding.
She has even faked being raped at school, which is just… disgusting. Got nothing else to say.
Next, she faked a message between her and her sister about her dad dying in a car accident.
First of all, WHO THE FUCK PHRASES SOMETHING AS SERIOUS AS DEATH LIKE THAT???
Second, why would her sister message her in English if they are both tunisian? Doesn’t that seem a little staged? Oh wait IT IS FUCKING STAGED.

For context: It's referencing a video made in Mexico where a woman gets brutally murdered by her husband Mario.
Her face was split in half and her mouth was filled with blood.
Takwa drew these just to mock what happened to the people in the original videos, which is just disgusting.
She also made videos of killing people but idk if that counts as gore, I’ll put the image here just in case.
Cult Behavior
Most of her fanbase is just as bad as her and will do anything just to defend Takwa whether it be saying illogical and outright nonsensical bullshit about how hands can break without the bone breaking (the person who said this was apparently someone with a medical degree btw) or just harassing anyone they come across.
And in general they are all very rude to any outsider who disrespect them or Takwa, it's almost a cult-like community that indoctrinates others using suggestive art (gooner art) and Takwa’s behavior just proves this further.
- Takwa has created an environment where no kind of criticism is tolerated and only positive and sympathetic views are tolerated.
- She also constantly reinforces the mindset “us VS them”, making either a person or a group of people look like the enemies and getting her fanbase to attack these said people or person through their blind loyalty towards Takwa.
- Speaking of blind loyalty, Takwa constantly reinforces her fanbase's loyalty via guilt tripping and she does this by lying about killing herself most of the time.
- She calls her server her “garden” and the server members her “little blossoms”, again this is cult leader behavior. She has given the members a rank and put herself at the top of the pyramid. Calling people by nicknames you give them forms an emotional bond between the two (even if it's one sided) and one side can use their bond to manipulate you. The manipulator here is Takwa.
But if we ignore the cult-like following and look under the rug we can see all the trash that Takwa sweeps under there, the gooners.
Half of the discord server used to consist of gooners, Takwa has won their loyalty by providing them with content and most of this content included ex-bf’s in the past so Takwa directly put all her ex-bf’s in danger.
And she still posts suggestive content on her Twitter and DeviantArt to this day to appeal to the gooners, and I don’t think she will stop.
But the gooners aren’t the only group of people that Takwa appeals to in the server, there are pedophiles as well.
Takwa uses her self-insert character “Ms. Flowie” for these suggestive drawings, and even though her oc is apparently 18 years old she isn’t and it’s obvious that she's using herself as bait to get the pedophiles into the server. putting not only herself but also others (mostly kids) in danger as well.
These predators know how old Takwa is; it's literally in her bio but they don’t care, it just makes it better for them.
The community is split in half, The cult-like following (which mostly consists of minors) and the gooner half. And the gooner half is split in half as well, the puberty ridden teenagers and the pedophiles.
And considering the fact that half of the community consists of minors, Takwa is putting innocent kids in danger of getting groomed.

The word monkey is the racist part here if you didn't get the memo and it's racist because the victim was a black individual.
Recently, she said that her oc is canonically a black person, meaning she can use this as an excuse whenever people say she's racist and this is probably why she made her oc black all of a sudden in the first place as well.
Nobody would expose themselves about making their oc black as an excuse to say the N-word, Takwa.
But you saying this so defensively literally proves it.

VIRTUA.
Virtua is an active Takwa supporter and simp but also someone who has what i can only call “fragile masculinity” and gets defensive whenever someone talk about something he doesn’t agree with, it doesn’t matter if he is a part of the conversation the second he sees an opinion he doesn’t agree with he will repeatedly say “no. -_-”.
He will quite literally do ANYTHING to personally try and ruin someone's life and I know this from experience, he tried to get my friends to block me and even tried to get people on Discord to report my Gamejolt account just because i said his characters are built like ralph from the disney animation movie wreck it ralph, and they are. just go check his Gamejolt account and you will see what i mean, i don’t even get why this guy is so defensive over his “art”work they’re literally built like wreck it ralph.
If you are reading this Virtua, let me ask you this. How many REAL friends do you have other than Takwa's fanbase? And how many innocent people did you spam report and get banned just because they said Takwa is a bad person (which is true.) or just called your art absolute dog shit (which is also true.)?
You are a worthless spec of dust in a vast ocean of shiny pearls yet you refuse to admit it you fucking parasite. Next time someone calls your art (i don’t even want to call whatever the fuck you are making “art” but i unfortunately have to.) think about what you want to say before you eventually try to get them banned. Oh and also #accepttheblock you pile of steaming horse shit. Just because someone blocked you doesn’t mean you can steal their oc, change it up a little and call it your own. His Behavior
First of all, let's go over his rules.
Adding “rules” to your Gamejolt account is just a pathetic move especially when you endorse your rules like they are a part of the Gamejolt TOS, it doesn’t matter if you are problematic or anything just don’t add rules to your account unless they're actually important rules like “This account posts videos with flashing lights, if you are epileptic please leave” for example instead of a bunch of bullshit and Virtua’s rules are definitely just bullshit.
Let's go over them. one. by. one.
“dont steal my own art” nobody would even think about stealing YOUR art but keep dreaming buddy.
“dont mess with my friends or you mess with us” ohh shiver me timbers! What am I going to do against a bunch of thirteen year olds that can’t even write properly!!!1!11! (the joke is that I'm being sarcastic here.)
“be nice to my friends” respect is earned not given.
“no r34 and nsfw” i never understand this rule, why are you even writing this when Gamejolt doesn’t allow NSFW content in the first place?
“dont ever mean to my friends” go learn how to write.
“i only make Request for fanarts like dandys world” I'm just gonna skip this, My brain can’t handle this much incorrect grammar.
“i only accept friend request” this isn’t even a rule nor a fact you literally deactivated the friend request button on your account.
“if you want Victory follow me first” this sounds like the start of a pyramid scheme.

“i dont accept the users who block me” here, read what the Gamejolt guidelines have to say.

Adding rules like these to your account just screams control issues, people like Virtua want to feel like they have authority but they know they don’t and it frustrates them so they add these so-called rules to their accounts to feel like they’re the ones in control which calms them down.
I used to know a user on Gamejolt named “Lokman”, he also added rules to his account. Turns out he threatened to rape people who didn’t abide by his rules and was incredibly racist.
I think you already got what I'm trying to say here so I'll leave it at that.
Long story short, people who add rules to their accounts are defensive control maniacs with a too big god complex and Virtua is one of them.
Now for the second part of this tab, his simping.
He publicly simps for Takwa’s NSFW characters on DeviantART, you can go check his favorite deviations for yourself if you’d like.
But if you don’t believe me even after seeing the posts in his favorites page, then take a look at this comment that he posted that eventually got hidden by Takwa herself.

Willaw
Willaw.
Willaw is one of the biggest Takwa supporters on gamejolt, but currently he is pretending to be a Takwa HATER because of backlash. But we all know he's just as bad as Takwa. You can’t hide it, Willaw.
While we unfortunately do not have any screenshots of this, we can confirm that Willaw is problematic since he has said the n-word (even though he literally can’t because being “light black” (EVEN THOUGH HE ISN'T.) doesn’t excuse using a racial slur with a horrible history behind it as an insult in an argument to defend a groomer.) and even admits to being an ex-“bad user” in his bio.
And if we take into account the people he constantly deals with, we can speculate a few things about what kind of “bad user” he was.
He HATES Joey and Jocleyn and these two users in particular are always associated with racism, Willaw hating these two specific users the most might be projection.
Maybe he used to be racist himself but now tries to hide it by hating on other racist people? Yeah that’s probably it anyways lets get to it.
Skin Colour
Willaw presents himself as a “light black” person and uses that as an excuse to say the n-word.
BUT, we have information that actually CONFIRMS that Willaw is racist.
A picture of his hand, now lets analyze this image so you can understand what im trying to say.
The shadow is covering Willaw’s hand and the light is coming from below allowing us to partially see Willaw’s hand but if we look closer Willaw’s hand is positioned in such a way that his hand and arm is also producing a shadow, making it look darker than it should.
Now if we take that into account and look at this image again we will see that it was actually done purposefully to make his skin color look darker, now let's take a look at this specific part of the photo.
The one part that isn't obstructed by darkness and actually illuminated is WHITE, so what does that tell us?
WILLAW. IS. WHITE.
Also Willaw and I have the same skin color and I can’t just sit idly and watch insufferable assholes like Willaw get away with saying racial slurs.

Maxi is a not well known person on gamejolt but well known in the kreekcraft community for the making of the “mom i shitted my pants” meme, Maxi had been my friend for almost a year and he had a different identity that he helped on with someone else called “faggotman/faggotsman”.
Maxi has been reportedly admitting to very, very serious actions and crimes that are most likely illegal in his country (Poland).

His Actions
While he was jaxk, he had sent suicide videos, gore images, nsfw material, yet likes lying and said “that wasn’t me”, he is always trying to change his story. When you realise the horrendous shit you can find wrong with him and look deeper into who jaxk is, you’ll realise that he is always trying to find a way to get away from the situation that he is in.
He has sent Fucakin the corpse of McNutt and the 1444 video.
If you don’t know what the McNutt video was, good for you, you were lucky.
Ronnie McNutt live streamed his Facebook suicide, when he got really drunk. Some friends are claiming that he was talking about suicide but didn't know that he was actually going to follow what this plan on Facebook livestream on August 31st. During the livestream, many people who were watching Ronnie's live stream reported to Facebook about him talking about harming himself and possibly killing himself over camera. Facebook did not remove the live stream, and found nothing wrong with it. They had the video up for 2 days to remove it after the damage was done. Ronnie McNutt is a PTSD veteran who has struggled with so many mental health issues and was dealing with personal issues such as breaking up with his longtime girlfriend. Ronnie McNutt was only 33 years old when he took his life on August 31st over Facebook livestream.
After a couple days of his live stream ended with a tragic ending, Ronnie McNutt shot himself in the face and it was a very graphic gruesome suicide.
This live stream was a fatal one.
