WHAT INFORMATION DO DIDDYCHAT APPS AND EVENTCHAT COLLECT?
When using the Services or registering to use the App and website Services, Diddychat and Eventchat collects certain contact information from you including a unique username, email address, and password collectively, "User Information"). All such passwords are hashed and as such Diddychat has no access to your password. Additional optional information such as first name, last name, short bio, avatar and background image may be collected, but is not required. In addition, we collect information when an app user authenticates and logs in with Facebook, Twitter and Google.
In connection with your use of the Diddychat and EventChat Services, Diddychat may collect information that is created or provided by you for such purposes (collectively, "Service Information"). This may include but is not limited to: (a) commonly-used information-gathering tools, such as cookies, sessions, device id, advertiser id and Web beacons, (b) personal data, such as information you provide about other people such as contact information, phone number, email address, first and last names, and (c) usage data, such as messaging history, transaction dates, and read receipts, whether such information is implicitly or explicitly gathered.
In addition, like most apps and websites, we maintain logs of app and website usage for purposes such as to evaluate our app users’ interest level in different areas of the App, which and how many pages they look at, how long they stay on the App, and what Web browsers are used, such as is provided by Google Analytics or Mixed Panel. This data is tracked in the aggregate and on a per app user basis, but we only share the aggregate level data with third parties and the public.
