4. Copyright and Usage Rights:
- Copyright Ownership: Photographer retains all rights to the photos.
- Usage Rights: Clients may use the photos for personal use only.
- Printing and Sharing: Clients are allowed to make prints and share online with proper credit to the photographer.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
- Cancellation Policy: Pendulum Photographs understands that plans can change, so we offer flexible cancellation options to accommodate your needs.
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled photoshoot: A full refund will be issued.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled photoshoot: A 50% refund will be issued.
- Cancellations made on the day of the scheduled photoshoot: No refund will be issued.
- Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your photoshoot, please contact me as soon as possible. I will work with you to find a new date and time that works for both parties.
- Weather-related Cancellations: If the weather is not suitable for the photoshoot on the scheduled day, I will contact you to reschedule.
- Force Majeure: Pendulum Photographs will not be liable for any cancellations caused by force majeure, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other events beyond our control.

6. Delivery of Photos:
Delivery Method: Digital files will be delivered via Google Drive and Thumb Drive within 10 business days.
7. Model Release:
Client agrees to a model release for promotional purposes by Pendulum Photographs.
8. Liability:
Photographer is not liable for circumstances beyond their control (e.g., equipment failure, lost photos).
9. Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes will be resolved through the owner of Pendulum Photographs. And if only if the dispute finds no resolution, mediation will be required.
