Combine essential questions/goals of two groups

EQ for Classroom Management: How do we increase the level of academic engagement, dignity, and respect given this community’s culture as well as student academic readiness? The team felt that this question folded into the PBIS essential question; Macro vs Micro.

  1. Revise classroom matrix, order posters, and have every teacher (school wide) review the matrix with each class. Teachers will be encouraged to cover the matrix “as is” plus add individualized expectations to their posters to cover what PBIS values “look like” in their specific classes. Lessons must be delivered on the 1st and 2nd day of 2nd semester 1/22 and 1/23.

Check on printing: Perry will ask Alita about using outside print shop (Kinkos, Office Depot?)

Laminate posters: Perry will check with Cascade/TEC about laminating machine.

Email to teachers about expectations: Didier

Values: Paul send value poster to Michael. Michael will print 30 11x17 value posters in red on white (Miachel will check with Alita on cost of doing this outside)
