  1. HOW TO ENTER: No Purchase Necessary. Beginning on December 13th at 5pm EST, 2024 (the “Entry Period”). Go to the following TikTok filter: LINK. Create a video using this filter. Publish the video publicly on TikTok, tagging @shoecarnival, @valerie_sanders, and using the hashtag #SpinNStyle. Make sure to follow both @shoecarnival and @valerie_sanders on TikTok to complete your entry. (“Entry Method”). You may submit multiple entries, provided they comply with the entry requirements outlined in these Terms and Conditions. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method or entering more than the number of times permitted will void all entries and result in disqualification.
  1. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the United States of America, 18 years of age and older as of December 4th, 2024 (the “Entrant”), except for employees of Shoe Carnival, Inc. d/b/a both Shoe Carnival and Shoe Station("Sponsor"), Brainlabs USA LLC ("Administrator") their affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies (collectively "Promotion Parties") and members of their immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside),  and/or persons living in the same household of each such employee, whether or not related. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Participation constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to the Official Rules and Sponsor’s decision, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
  1. DRAWING: One (1) random drawing will be conducted on or about Monday, December 16th, 2024 by the Administrator to select the winner from among all eligible entries received via the Entry Method. There will be a total of 1 winner. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. The potential winner will be notified by TikTok direct message and must respond within 3 days of the date notice is sent or such other date set by Sponsor. Failure to respond within the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of prize and Sponsor shall have the option to award the prize to an alternate winner. The return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. All income taxes resulting from acceptance of the prize are the responsibility of the winner. By entering this sweepstake, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator, which shall be final in all matters.  Participation in the Promotion, and/or acceptance of prize(s) constitutes Entrant’s permission for Sponsor to interview, photograph, film, and record the Entrant; and to use in commerce and in any media, now or hereafter known, throughout the world, in perpetuity, his/her name, prize(s) won, hometown (city and state), biographic information, likeness, photograph, voice, audio or video recording and/or any statements made by him/her regarding Sponsor, Promotion, for purposes of trade, publicity, or promotion without notice or additional compensation, notification or permission, in perpetuity, except where prohibited by law. Each winner agrees to sign a publicity release confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the prize, except where prohibited by law.
  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering this sweepstake, entrants waive all right to, and hold the Promotion Parties harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Promotion Parties will not be responsible for: late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; an entrant's failure to receive prize notices due to entrant's spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for entrants' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this sweepstakes; by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this sweepstakes; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes, or announcement of the prize[s]. If, in the Administrator's opinion, there is such an error, or there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of the sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to request that the Administrator, in its sole discretion, cancel or modify this sweepstakes in a manner deemed appropriate by the Administrator. In the event of termination, winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received as of date of termination. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning entrant, entries will be declared made by the name on the online entry form.
  1. PRIZES: There will be a total of 1 winner. The winner will win a $100  Shoe Carnival gift card.  All gift cards will be valid for a period of 5 years. The prize is worth: $100. Prize consists of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted by each winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All prizes will be awarded. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize will remain un-awarded. Entrants acknowledge Sponsor has not made and is not in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranties, representations, or guarantees, and hereby disclaim any and all warranties, expressed or implied, whether by contract or law, concerning any prize, including without limitation, implied warranties of quality, merchantability, mechanical condition, or fitness for a particular purpose.
  2. ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Upon entry into the Promotion, Entrant agrees to comply with any and all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion, without prior notice at any time, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion, in whole or in part. These Official Rules cannot be modified or amended in any way except in a written document issued in accordance with law by a duly authorized representative of Sponsor. Void where prohibited.
  3. SEVERABILITY: The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM: Entrant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this sweepstake and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of New York, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. Entrant further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this sweepstake and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in New York, NY.
