49, NEVERN SQUARE, S.W.5.
28 May 1923
Dear Mr. de László
It is very kind of you to send me a ticket for your private view.[1]
But unfortunately Thursday is quite an impossible day for me. I am busy until after 6. May my wife come in my place?
[Page 2]
We are still anxiously awaiting the appearance of the big book.
I shall visit your exhibition later and may be lucky enough to see you there.
My homages to Mrs de László[2] and remembrances to all
Yours sincerely
de V. Payen Payne
