Pineapple Salsa

• 2 cups fresh pineapple, diced
• 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
• 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
• 1 jalapeno pepper, stemmed, seeded and finely chopped
• Juice and zest of 1 lime
• 1/8 teaspoon sea salt

Add all ingredients to a large bowl and toss together. Salsa can be served immediately or covered and chilled until ready to use.
