Creating a Treasure hunt Instructions:

Riddle Example:

“This style of rest is Crawford students favourite past time. Sometime this task is carried out with great decorum other times not. Hidden in this courtyard are the objects that support their rest and hold the keys to this activity.”

Notes on constructing the riddle: The answer was benches...the students learnt a new word - decorum and the area was delineated - the courtyard. The game was personalised- Crawford Students… and the clues location revealed.

Also the treasure hunt was outside which meant students were active- sitting for the whole school day is bad for students and movement should be encouraged.
