Limitation of Liability
All snow clearing is to be done on an automatic basis according to the level of service chosen. Salting will be done on an automatic basis according to the options selected in the agreement. Every attempt will be made to service your site promptly but due to the severity of a snow event we will be dependent on the municipalities to clear the roads before we can move out equipment and therefore cannot guarantee a completion time. SnowPlowPros and all subcontractors licensed under agreement accepts no responsibility for broken/damaged curbs, sidewalks, posts/signs, speed bumps or any other obstacles struck or damaged while snow clearing. We are not responsible to clear any areas that have parked vehicles or other such objects in the way at the time of clearing. All snow will be cleared to an area on your property that should be marked with a cone or flag. If no cone or flag is present we will pile snow at our discretion. Customer is aware that snow removal methods may not clear their property to bare pavement and that slippery conditions may exist even after clearing. SnowPlowPros and all subcontractors assumes no responsibility for slip and fall accidents or vehicular accidents as a result of this naturally occurring condition. Time between servicing can also result in slippery conditions reappearing and we do not guarantee any length of time that snow or ice will not accumulate.
