Caprese Salad

Ingredients:
2 lbs Assorted Tomatoes
8oz. Mozzarella, Cubed
1 cup Celery, Chopped
1 cup Basil, Chopped (Fresh from my garden)
1/3 cup Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
Salt
Pepper
-Toss your tomatoes, celery, basil and mozzarella together in a bowl. Combine Olive Oil, Red Wine Vinegar, salt and pepper together and drizzle over your salad!
