Grade 5 Scope and Sequence

The goal of physical education is to develop a physically literate individual. “Physical literacy is the ability to move with competence and confidence in a wide variety of physical activities in multiple environments that benefit the healthy development of the whole  person.” (National Standards & Grade-Level Outcomes for K-12 Physical Education, SHAPE America)
