I have attached a chart that you may find helpful and included directions below on how to recreate the chart attached.

For purposes of making sense of our chart—it should be read as 30.2% of all federal kidnapping offenses are committed by illegal aliens—which is 13 offenders out of the 70,225 federal offenders sentenced in fiscal year 2015.  It should not be read as 30.2% of illegal aliens committed kidnapping/hostage taking offenses.

I would also like to point out that, 73% of the illegal alien federal offenders were sentenced for immigration crimes, which are unique to the federal government.  If you take out the immigration crimes, you find that illegal aliens committed about 14% of all non-immigration federal crimes.

To recreate the table, first visit http://isb.ussc.gov/Login. Then, click on the “All tables and figures” option on the home page.

Then select “Primary offense and Offender characteristics drop-down menu. Table 9 provides the data referenced in the Hannity slide. Again, I PDFed the full table and attached it to this e-mail.

 I hope this was helpful,

-Sekemia
