Fund Requests
- Reuter: Trick or Treating
- Event: Invite local families bring their children to Reuter Hall to Trick-or-Treat
- Make sure that RHAC will get publicity (by way of hanging a sign in the lobby of Reuter Hall saying that RHAC helped fund this program)
- Requesting $100 (ceiling amount)
- Motion: To approve the fund request of $100 for Reuter Hall’s Trick or Treat program
- Eagle Gray: Cold Weather Program
- Program: Great Escape Thursday 29th 9pm
- Event is centered around problem solving, specifically riddles, in order to get out of a room (5 rooms in total)
- Requesting $225 (ceiling) (use for decorations and snacks)
- Motion: To approve the fund request of $225 for Eagle Hall’s Cold Weather program.
- Eagle Gray: Wizard Weekends
- Event: Making wizard candy inspired by the Harry Potter books and allow residences to sample/take home what they made!
- Requesting $75 (ceiling)
- Motion: To approve the fund request of $75 for the Harry Potter sig.

- Compensation of 160 and decorating a tree (but the tree also has to be taken down by January 1st)

- I need minutes from the majority of the halls (I will be sending an email to reps from respective halls if your hall has not been sending me minutes).

- Watch for email regarding pizza party!
- Budget will be updated next week (since we had fund and sig requests this eveing)
- Reps should be abstaining from fund requests votes if your hall is making the fund requests. For example, Eagle Gray made a fund request therefore; Eagle Gray reps should abstain when voting for Eagle Gray’s fund request.
National Communications Coordinator (Mandy Fabry) (Absent)
- Nominations happening tonight
- Winners are Madi and Erynn
Senators (Madi Bentdahl and Pat Brever)
- Resolution reaffirming religious freedom in regards to test taking.
- Grading scale under consideration for changing it from a 7 point grading scale to a ten point grading scale.
- Conceal Carry Discussion Continued
- Survey sent out to students, 2,800 responses so far
- Majority of campus says no to concealed carry in buildings, residence halls, and on campus in general.
- Senators invite all to share opinions along with the survey.

- Tabs are missing with executive blurbs but IT is working on why this is happening
- Emily needs blurbs from all reps to put up on the website asap!
