Lemon bars- 9x13 pan-(double recipe & use a 1/2 sheet cake pan)
Crust-
1 C. Soft butter- ½ C. Sugar, 2 C. flour- mix, and press into bottom of pan bake at 350- 20 min.
Lemon custard-
Whisk 4 eggs, 1 ½ C. sugar, 4 T flour 1/3 C. lemon juice- (I use bottled)
pour over baked crust bake 20 min more.
Cool- sprinkle pwd. sugar through a strainer on top
