Claims of data leaks or associations with malware are categorically false, and our practices are transparent, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

2. About Forced Labor:

Temu operates under a strict commitment to ethical labor practices. Our Third-Party Code of Conduct explicitly prohibits forced labor and ensures compliance with both local and international labor laws. We follow the same standards as global leaders like Amazon and eBay. The baseless allegations regarding forced labor, including those related to the Uyghur region, are without merit. Temu's suppliers are required to meet rigorous ethical standards, and we monitor compliance closely.

3. About Product Quality and Toxic Substances:

Temu takes product safety very seriously, implementing stringent quality control measures. All sellers must provide documentation proving compliance with safety regulations. Random product inspections are regularly conducted, and non-compliant sellers face penalties, up to and including removal from the platform. Allegations of toxic substances in products are not supported by evidence. We collaborate with regulatory authorities to ensure all products sold on our platform meet safety standards.

4. About Sustainability and Environmental Impact:

Sustainability is central to Temu's business model. We work directly with manufacturers to produce goods based on actual demand, thereby reducing excess production and minimizing waste. Additionally, we’ve streamlined our supply chain to reduce unnecessary intermediaries, significantly lowering our carbon footprint. While Temu is still relatively new, we’ve already taken meaningful steps, including planting over 5 million trees across Africa in partnership with Trees for the Future.
