Bullying Curriculum

Children will create and agree to a set of behavior guidelines, emphasizing bullying prevention, which will help create a school climate where all students feel safe and respected. 

What does it mean to bully someone?

- Introduce activity on the right to feel safe at school.

- Review the definition of bullying.

- Small Group: Brainstorm ideas on guidelines they can follow on how to act in the class, hallways, and playground.  

- Whole Group: Create a contract with the guidlines and have all the children sign it.

- How would you like to be treated by others?

- What can you do to stop bullying from happening?

- What should you do if you see bullying happening?
