Summer School 2018 – Jul 4th to Jul 25th  Information and registration forms are now available in Student Services.   Pre-registration is now to June 27th.  If a student is in danger of failing it is advised that they pre-register as classes fill up quickly!  They can always cancel at a later date.   Reach-Ahead Gr. 9 to 12, Credit Recovery AC Gr. 9 & 10, Online Reach Ahead Courses Gr. 10 to 12 and Grade 7,8,9  Skills Builder Program.  All applications must be signed and approved by the student’s counsellor.  OCSB Summer School Information:

FORD DRIVING SKILLS: Date: Thursday, May 17th to Friday, May 18th, 2018 Where: Rockcliffe Flying Club 1495 Sir George-Étienne Cartier Pkwy, Ottawa, ON, K2V 1A5 Who: Newly Licensed Drivers (minimum G1 license) Why: To educate drivers on the importance of safe driving Cost: NO CHARGE! Post-Secondary in a New Age : What are the opportunities for your child after grade 12?  It's never too early to get informed.  University and College are both great options.  College has CHANGED; now offering Certificate programs, Degree programs, and Collaborative Degrees in partnership with various universities. Greenbelt riding school, located on Albion Road, will be opening up some summer camp counselor positions for students to earn community involvement hours. These are volunteer positions, but students will be given the opportunity to gain some riding experience if they choose. The Goode Run is our biggest fundraiser in support of the Osgoode Youth Association. This year our 2k & 5k races are on May 12 and we are looking for help with cheering along the routes.  I'm sure there are youth from your school that will be running one of the races. For those who don't want to run this would be a great opportunity to cheer on their friends!  There is also a $100 gift certificate for the winning cheer station for a pizza party!  The 2k is at 9:00 am which is a family run or walk (dogs are welcome). The 5k is at 10:00 am. Both start and finish at the community centre in Osgoode. -
